We stayed at the hotel across the street and didn't book breakfast there because we found eggspectation on the internet and wanted to test it.
An absolute recommendation, especially for Europeans. Get the full American breakfast experience here.
The portion size is huge.

I’ve had a great time there because Leo was the best with us. He helped us with the menu and he was very polite and great. I’ll for sure recommend the eggspectation carlton to my friends back home!
