Observation:
I would like to raise a concern. I have noticed that the complimentary appetizer sauces appear to be recycled. I witnessed a table where customers used the spoons to eat, bringing them to their mouths. After the customers left, I saw the waitstaff collect the sauce containers and simply refill them, without considering that the spoons had already been used and handled by others.
This greatly concerns me, as it is unsanitary, especially given the recent outbreaks of hepatitis in the city. I strongly urge that this issue be addressed immediately. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to report the situation to the Ministry of Health.
Amazing food! Jair was very quick and polite to answer all our questions.Its very authentic and the flavors are spot on.Always recommend to family and friends.Best location with a patio area.
