OMG - my daughter remarked how rare it was to see such a satisfied look on my face when we had the birria tacos. Sooo good. So is the guac. The staff are very kind and accommodating, especially guy behind the bar and Paulina. New to the province but have been here twice since we relocated.

The vibe inside is nice. The food was alright. 20$ average price (+tax & tips)I got the vege mushroom huarache which is like an oblong tortilla with fillings on top. It contained mashed beans, feta, avocado, peppers, mushrooms & cheese on top. Taste-wise it was alright (rather on the bland side for me). The table also got complimentary crisps with dips.My friend got the bean quesadilla and I thought that was a classic (I'd recommend that if you want something familiar)Nice service, place, music. Around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday it wasn't too crowded. They also had "Taco Tuesday" on.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options are available.

Love the decor. Food was really good. Hd the birria tacos and so full of Flavor. Bulldog is a must have. I was craving churros and had some not so great ones elsewhere and it really hit the spot here. Fresh and just perfect! Looking forward to my next visit here.

El Charro was one of the few restaurants in the area that was able to accommodate our large reservation. I ordered the steak chimichanga, and it was amazing. It was also quite large, so I definitely got my money's worth, but others at the table did not get quite as much food for the higher than average price point. Nonetheless, the service was excellent, and everyone left satisfied.

Came to El Charro last night on a whim and we were so glad that we did. The food was amazing! The chimichangas were huge and so good. The home made guacamole was so fresh and tasty. In the end we shared a piece of leche cake that was so light and perfectly balanced between sweet and delicate that it was divine. We will be going again and bringing friends.
