went to Toronto for holidays and ate there 3 times, 2 times for dinner, 1 time for breakfast on our last day, genuinely such an amazing restaurant, tried horchata for the first time there and literally fell in love, thank you guys for showing me this drink I can’t wait to try it again! our waiter was so amazing, sweet and friendly aswell, she talked to us a lot and even invited us to come again for breakfast, 5 out of 5 stars!!!

My fiancé, our friend visiting from overseas, and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this gem of a Mexican restaurant and we’re still talking about it days later.
Our server was incredibly sweet and friendly! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional service.
We ordered the lengua (beef tongue) tacos and al pastor, and I honestly don't have the words to do them justice. I was blown away by the lengua melt-in-your-mouth tender, absolutely unforgettable. Easily one of the best tacos I’ve had anywhere.
But then came the guacamole. And let me just say that it was life changing. No exaggeration, it was the best guacamole we have ever encountered. Creamy, fresh, full of flavor, and somehow unlike any other. There's this silky texture and savoury in the best way that we’re all still dreaming about it.
What absolutely took me by surprise, though, was finding huitlacoche on the menu, I’ve had this on my bucket list for ages. I never expected to find it in Toronto, and yet, here it was. That alone made my night.
A very welcome bonus: the washroom was super clean, which, let’s be honest, says a lot about the overall care they put into everything... and especially not very common in Kensington Market.
Needless to say, we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food with top-tier service, this is the place to go. 🌮💚

we grabbed a seat on the patio and the music was playing. the service was amazing, really lovely ladies helped us make some decisions on some really delicious food - you NEED to have the guac, not sure what the secret is but it’s excellent. the al pastor tacos were 10/10 SO good. salsas were fresh and homemade too. loved this place, i can’t wait to come back.

What a treat to find such authentic Mexican cuisine in Canada. Having lived in Texas for many years and traveled to Mexico, I developed a taste for the food (especially Al pastor). This restaurant is such a treat. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxed. Can’t way enough. What a find!!!

Truly had the most wonderful time here for lunch with some friends.
We arrived and were immediately sat, and the woman working there (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) asked us for our drink orders as well as if we wanted the deck awning to extend or not.
She then asked us our food order, and made recommendations when we asked.
I personally ordered the tinga tacos and they truly were the best tacos I think I’ve ever had. Not surprising they won’t best tacos in Toronto in 2024- I’m sure they’ll win it again in 2025.
I already have plans to come back- wonderful food, wonderful staff and wonderful atmosphere.
