The Elephant & Castle has been a longstanding favourite of the Toronto restaurant scene, serving comfort pub food in a friendly, welcoming vibe. Its proximity to Roy Thomson Hall and the theatres on King Street make it an excellent choice for pre- or post-theatre dining. Will definitely return!

Holidaying in Toronto and have previously been to their old location. Restaurant was quite busy with live sports on. Enjoyed fish and chips and a burger with desserts and a couple of beers. This location is very convenient and the service was good overall. Hope to visit next time we are in the City.

Mia was absolutely a wonderful waitress and the food was perfect. I had chicken pot pie and my dinning friend who has to eat gluten free had salmon rice and veggies. I would recommend.

Great pub and great service with a great happy hour! Mia, our server, was very friendly and made a great pub even better. I can’t wait to come back!
Wandered in Thursday around 7 off king st. Waiter says seat yourself. Place is pretty busy so we wander to the back bar and there are some empty high tops in the higher level. All of them are filthy. We sit down and wait. I eventually wander to the bar (five staff) I'm informed that section is closed. I need to find somewhere else to sit.
Bye off to Moxies.

Our server really took care of us as we popped into for a spot of lunch after a busy morning sightseeing.
He was super friendly and helped with ordering particularly as I had good allergies which meant my dish did require some modification. The food was exceptional with fresh vibrant ingredients as every mouthful one to savour!
The Elephant and Castle itself has a warm friendly vibe and is great for relaxed dining whether it’s couples, friends or family. Generous portions served with traditional Toronto hospitality makes this place a great place for lunch, dinner and drinks whatever the time or weather!
