Such a cozy spot tucked away in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Look for the twinkle lights in the steamy café windows this winter. Under new ownership, they’re now serving some of my favourite plant-based pastries from Bad Attitude Bread. They also offer oat, almond, soy, or coconut milk for any of their beverages for an extra fifty cents.

Went by at 4:59 pm and they were supposed to close at 5:00 pm. Unlike other places, the barista didn't even imply that I was coming in last minute. Zero attitude. She was incredibly welcoming, kind and nice. No wonder this place has 4.9 stars. They deserve 5.

This little corner café is tucked into a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, super cozy and charming. I tried their cheddar and chive scone and it was delicious. The cappuccino though was a bit disappointing. It tasted more bitter than I expected, and not as smooth as coffees I’ve had at other nearby spots. Could’ve just been an off day, but it didn’t wow me.
Their patio is really lovely, and inside there’s a nice bar table by the window with cute street views. Prices are a bit on the higher side, especially for coffee. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

This is a beautiful café in a great location, with charming patio seating. We ordered an iced latte and a decaf latte, both were quite good. We also tried an almond croissant, which was delicious. It was a bit sweet, but nicely toasted and really enjoyable. The interior decor is stunning as well. I totally recommend this place.

Was recommended this cafe and was not disappointed! Small and quaint but the quality of food and drinks is amazing! Love that the food/pastries are made there fresh or brought in by local businesses. The lavender syrup in the matcha also seemed like it was made there because it tasted very natural and not artificial. Would come back!

I've visited Emily Rose 3 times in the past year. Really nice staff. Excellent coffee and banana bread. One of my favourite coffee shops in Toronto. It's in my top 10.

Really cute little cafe nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Yummy selection of baked good. I had the cheese scone with a sweet and salty butter which the staff recommended and it was great and a flat white. Lots of families coming and going and a nice feel of community here. Would recommend!
