My only complaint is that there is no way of finding out what are the menu options, unless you use the kiosk next to the counter. The poutine itself though was great. I ordered the bacon poutine and the portion sizes we generous. The gravy used was great and the fries were good too. Can't complain because it tastes like a Canadian poutine

Enchanted Poutinerie is fantastic. The poutine is rich, flavorful, and made with high quality ingredients. Portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is warm and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We went for my sister's bachelorette on a whim, small enough party that we didn't call ahead. Arriving, the food tasted out of this world and the service was above and beyond. There was one man behind the counter and he insisted on free funnel cake when he heard why we were there, offered us an extra chair, and took song requests. I will say, this is clearly a fast fad restaurant chain with AIgen wallpaper and ads to join the franchise everywhere. But this location is absolutely worth it and I think this guy has real passion for food and people. He was wonderful and we're looking forward to our next visit

I don't know if I was just super hungry or if it was because of the wonderful hands of beautiful Dhisha who made the food, but that was one of the best poutines I've ever had. Dhisha was so kind, sweet and made sure to give me the top recommendations. I got the popcorn chicken poutine and it was so goood! Will definitely be back here again to try the mac and cheese poutine as well.

Went to the enchanted poutinerie and was greeted by the most enthusiastic, kind and hardworking employee named Seth. He brought such a happy atmosphere to the restaurant. The food was amazing. I got the jerk poutine and apple funnel cake and was not disappointed. We need more people like Seth in our world, you can see that he loves what he does, and loves his customers too. Just for his exceptional service we WILL be coming back. Thank you to the franchise owners and thank you again for the ultimate customer service and food quality. Five stars.
