Wonderful food, great service, a lovely space. Great that this level of restaurant is in our neighbourhood. You should go! The evening we were there was very quiet so hard to say what noise level is when at full capacity.

What a great spot for dinner, we did not do the preset menu , which looked good but also glad we ordered our own selections ... great beef with foie gras and stacked potatoes and the cocktail presentation was amazing

Food was delicious ! The 3 of us had the neighborhood tasting menu and it was very nice. We all had a scallops appetizer which was delicious and then we had the fillet mignon as the entree. The only thing I didn't like was that they sliced the steak, so by the time I got to the table, it wasn't as hot as it could've been. And then for dessert we had the cheesecake. The dinner was absolutely beautiful. We had a bottle of wine. Service was impeccable. Can't wait to return.

We went for their neighborhood menu, which at $65/person sounded like a good deal. The appetizers and mains were perfect and delicious. We had the scallops and the steak tartare to begin with and an additional charred octopus to share. For mains we had the truffle gnocchi and the steak frites. All dishes so far had been amazing and had made us thought $65 was a really fair price for their 3 course menu. Until we got to the dessert… The only option was a cheesecake, which sounded ok, though when we got to it we got really REALLY frustrated. It looked and tasted like a cheap frozen cheesecake from the grocery store, which is something we obviously wouldn’t expect from them given the high quality meal we had just had. We’ll come back for their regular menu for sure, though we might just skip the dessert next time. The service was ok, nothing really exceptional.
We came here for a birthday brunch with my girlfriends, and it ended up being such a lovely experience. The service was truly amazing! our server handled everything with so much care, from taking our orders to making our delicious cocktails herself. The food was decent, the vibe was great, and the atmosphere made the whole celebration feel special. Definitely planning to come back soon for dinner!

A wedding reception was held here and everyone was blown away by the food and service. Table settings were beautiful. Courses were served hot, cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. In 5 courses served, they did not miss once. Best wedding meal I’ve ever had. Service was top notch and cocktails were great. Will be coming back here to dine again.

I had an amazing experience at ēst on Queen Street East. Chef and owner Jordan Diniz really knows what he’s doing every dish in the tasting menu was delicious and made with fresh local ingredients. The cocktails and wine were great too.
The ambience was perfect: cozy, intimate, and beautifully designed without feeling pretentious. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the whole night even better.
Highly recommend ēst if you want a relaxed but refined dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for the fourth time!
