We went there on Valentine’s Day and it was such a delight. Because of my stomach sensitivity the staff was kind enough to advise me that it is best to avoid the tasting menu and told me what is good for my stomach. We had the Burrata & Caviar, and charred octopus and some Pain Au Lait for appetizers. Everything was more than top notch. The Winterlicious menu at ēst Restaurant is outstanding.
The Charred Octopus was absolutely phenomenal. Tarragon and black garlic aiolis paired beautifully, and the yuzu caviar added an incredible burst of acidity that truly elevated the dish. The Roasted Arctic Char was cooked to perfection, and the seared cauliflower was exceptional. The Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and the Chocolate Cake were both delicious, with the strawberry compote standing out in particular.

The Winterlicious menu really called out to my partner and I and we decided to visit Est as one out Winterlicious stops!
The appetizers were the highlight: the octopus was meaty and worked great with the sauces, and the scallop meshed great with the buttery hollandaise sauce.
