Food was super impressive but what made this experience an outstanding experience was the level of service we received by our amazing serve; Ali John. If you are lucky enough to get him as your server you are in for an amazing treat. We will certainly be back ❤️

You might have heard a hype about this place...it's even better in person!
Top notch service, think comparable to Dubai royal service if you have experienced.
Food...wow freshest, perfectly prepared, and presented wonderfully.
Wine selection is amazing, and our sommelier was on point!
Visit to be impressed, but more so to have an excellent memorable moment.

Had heard great things but was disappointed. Smells very “fishy” and the food was mediocre. The wine prices on the menu are for a 3oz glass (!) so we accidentally spent $76 for 2 glasses of sparkling wine - pretty dodgy.

We have dined at Milos in Athens and Montreal. The food in Toronto was absolutely delicious consistent with the other Milos we have dined in. The service is always impeccable. A beautiful restaurant and you can carry on a conversation. We will be returning to this establishment again. The quality and service in each restaurant is always consistently excellent. Toronto is no different. Excellent!

Newly opened international famous Greek seafood restaurant. I think it is the best western style seafood restaurant in Toronto. Man choices of imported seafood. Fried shrimps are very delicious , good with a glass of white wine. They do not allow wine corkages which is a HUGH drawback and disavantages.
Grilled Branzino fish was done just right and moist. Good simple cooking techniques. No valet parking and that's inconvenience. Service are also very good. Highly recommended

There’s a big production, almost insistence, of leading tables to the fresh catch area where seafood is displayed in all it’s glory. I find it a bit morbid to see the poor creature that’s about to be eaten, but diners seem to like looking a lobster in it’s eye before shelling out $280 for a plate of pasta.
For the cost conscious, ordering off the menu is your best bet. Milo’s fresh seafood is sold by the pound, with things starting from about $65/lb and most items being at least 2 pounds, that amazing display will run you $130+ per dish.
And while their swordfish ($65) wasn’t being displayed, it was fresh and delicious. Using only the centre cut of the loin creates a delicate steak that’s awfully tender for a fish that’s grilled. Left slightly undercooked, the fish takes on a seared tuna finish but is lighter than the bold red fish.
Personally, I prefer my tuna raw. Milo’s tuna tartare ($45) was perfectly seasoned - just enough salt and a hint of chili to add flavour without any sting. If only there were more lavish crackers to go through all the fish, the delicate crisp a great neutral pairing.
I guess the freshly toasted crusty bread can stand-in for the cracker. It arrives in a basket with a very generous pour of olive oil that most tables end up wasting. It’s topped with freshly pruned oregano that’s more for show than flavour.
For something filling, order the Milos special ($45), a tower of thinly sliced fried zucchini and eggplant that’s ideal for a table of three or four. At the centre of the tower is a very thick garlicky tzatziki that easily spreads onto the chips. Hunks of battered and fried saganaki cheese round out the special. A squeeze of lemon would help to cut through the heaviness.
A vegetarian could easily get an order of the grilled wild mushrooms ($24) and be satisfied. With a great selection of fungi (oyster, shiitake, prince, and a spongy watery one that we couldn’t identify), the thick pieces could easily stand-in as a plant-based steak. They are quickly grilled and dressed with olive oil, salt, and thyme for a simplicity that matches the mushrooms.

Awful experience. Frustrating when you have a reservation at a nice restaurant and they make you wait for an hour.

Here’s a polished version of your message:
On Sunday, December 1, 2024, I dined at Milos Restaurant with my family. We were the last table to leave that evening. Unfortunately, my daughter’s pink Coach purse was forgotten at the table, and when we returned just two minutes later to retrieve it, it was already GONE.
At the time, there were two gentlemen fixing the tables and staff clearing fish and vegetables to the back. When we asked, they claimed the purse had been taken downstairs. However, upon following up, we were given no resolution.
The next day, I called the restaurant, and a young woman answered, stating she would inform the manager and get back to me. She also stated , “don’t call us back we will call you”. Mind you she never took my phone number or any details .I never heard from the manager. When I called again later in the evening to check whether the purse had been found (as I needed to decide whether to commute to Toronto from Brampton), another staff member vaguely stated it should be downstairs but still offered no concrete update or follow-up.
The lack of accountability and communication from your staff is deeply concerning. I have been informed that there are CCTV cameras on the premises by staff, and I intend to pursue this matter with the appropriate authorities to ensure it is investigated. No one should be eating from such a place.
This incident has completely soured what was supposed to be a celebratory evening for my family. I expect immediate action to locate my daughter’s purse and a clear explanation of what happened. What a .5 star experience

Great atmosphere but the fish was over-salted. Drinks were incredible!

The prices were top shelf but the food was disapointing at any price. The lamb was $95 and advertised to be 14. onces. It was at least 40% fat and had little taste. The fries which came with it came just warm and were cold in short order. The other entre was the tuna. It was average at best and again very little flavor profile.the zucchini which is a favorite in the Montreal location was the same and again came at room temperature. The service was good and the wait staff attentive. The atmosphere was also very nice but neither of those made for a very mediocre meal. Without accounting for liquor the bill with tip.fpr two people came to $366. The hostess acknowledged that they were working things out but again at those prices the time to do that was before they opened not while they were charging $95 for lamb chops.
Milos Montreal has had a great tradition in serving great Greek food with excellent ambiance. That’s what we expected when we set foot in the newly opened Toronto branch. The ambiance was nice with good service but food was not the same as Montreal location. Everything that we ordered including Milos special was a bit different and not exactly upto the mark that Milos has set itself. Food was good but not the same!

What an incredible experience! I highly recommend this upscale restaurant. The service and food were outstanding in quality. If you're a seafood enthusiast, this is the place to go!
We went as a large group with our families, so got to try many of their items. Highly recommend the following:
1. Oysters - Delicious! Forgot the name of the flavour. It was black and nutty or something. So good!
2. Crab cakes - The best I've ever tried. It would say 99% of the crab cake was real CRAB!
3. Tuna & Salmon Tartare - Very flavourful!
4. Milo's special - Our favourite! The thin, crispy zucchini slices with the tzatziki sauce was DELICIOUS!!! The tzatziki was so creamy. I've tried nothing like it before. The presentation is so nice!
5. Lobster pasta - Amazing! Sharable portion. The sauce was incredible. Tastes homemade.
6. Salted Fish - We got to select our own fish. The experience was so cool. They bake the salt covered fish for an hour I believe, bring it on a cart, and cut it open infront of you. Cool experience. Personally, I felt the fish was a bit bland, but others enjoyed it.
We felt the desserts were okay. We tried almost all of them, and the cheesecake was probably the better one (It was okay. It had more of a yogurt taste than cream cheese).
Overall, amazing experience!
