Absolute garbage I don't know whos idea this place is, it's literally located in the back of a dump and you have to walk around a tight 1 way hope to God a reversing garbage truck doesnt crush u so you can go place an order on a broken machine.
Chose a quick sandwich from dirty birds the tablet said ready in 8 mins, I think I waited 30 mins before asking to speak to someone just to learn that my food didn't even make it to the lockers it's sitting outside the mf locker in the back like how am I supposed to get my food? Do I enter through the back??? Like what??? Dude who came out said it was unfortunate that no one was here like bro???? It's ok buddy I work in construction we don't need lunch not like I'm working my ass in the cold all day

Good food at good prices. Can’t complain. We’ve got delivery from multiple restaurants recently and realized many of them are in this building. We stopped by for take out yesterday and it’s super cool and convenient.

This is a ghost kitchen with many restaurants. There are some great ones in here like Juicy Birds, but twice I have placed orders for other restaurants from the Etobicoke Eats website which showed the restaurant was open. My credit card was charged and I received an order confirmation. When I arrived to pick up my order, they told me the restaurant was closed. Twice now I have wasted my lunch break and got no food. The girl at the counter says the restaurants set their hours and not her problem.

Sushi Hub - stay away from this place! I ordered from this sushi place for a special date night, only to be completely disappointed. The restaurant recently moved but sent pick-up instructions with the OLD location, leading to confusion and frustration. We ended up driving to the wrong place and then had to go out of our way to the new location.
To make things worse, there was no phone number available to reach a manager to address the issue, and despite the extra time and hassle, no refund or compensation was offered for our wait and inconvenience. This mix-up really ruined our evening. Highly unprofessional – I won’t be coming back!

Came to Etobicoke cloud kitchen today and placed an order with Fusion Burger and Wah Biriyani and waited for 20 mins. Then we were informed by a person there that this restaurant was permanently closed 2 weeks back. On calling the restaurant number, a man and a lady spoke to us saying that it is their personal number and they have nothing to do with the restaurant.
Lost $50 for this order and no food on top of it.
Please do not place an order at the cloud kitchen console up front without making sure with someone there if the kitchen is actually available.
We have had good experience with the Dum Biryani place here before, but now not sure we will come back here to try any other kitchen.
I am unable to DM Etobicoke eats over Google. Plus I have been trying to call the manager over a number the person from lockport gave me and the calls are going to a voicemail that is not configured. This is extremely frustrating as I cannot raise a concern and get a refund.
Almost 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for SMOKE STACK BURGERS to issue my refund. Why is it taking so long?
Walked in and ordered and paid through the kiosk touch screen. About 20 minutes later I asked about my food. That’s when the woman behind the counter told me they canceled my order because the restaurant I ordered with was closed. I asked about my refund and was told I had to wait 2 days. Got into an argument with someone else there. Waste of my time.
