It was fine, not super authentic to Czech chimney cakes. They have a great number of vegan options. I would’ve preferred it without the ice cream in the middle and I think they could provide better serving utensils. #Veganuary
There is vegan ice cream and the chimney is vegan. In order to plug the chimney at the bottom they use a marshmallow (vegan). It's very sweet, but it's warm and cold at the same time. I love coming here!
We eat out quite a bit and have well known established restaurants ourselves, so you can assume we’re part of a tough crowd. This is officially my husband and I’s new favourite dessert place. The dough— impeccable. The surprise aspect of the crushed flavours in the middle—an absolute wow. The chilli cheese fries— mind blowing flavours. If you haven’t tried Eva’s, you’re seriously missing out.
