This is my favourite café in Roncesvalles. The coffee is always perfectly balanced - not acidic or burnt - just smooth and flavorful. I only drink my coffee black, so it really needs to be good on its own, and this place never disappoints. I usually get either the medium drip coffee or an Americano, and both are consistently excellent. The granola cookie is the perfect midday snack, especially with coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit...
I love this place, it's always reliable but I came to write this review to specifically beg for you guys to get different cups T_T. They always ALWAYS drip on me guarantee even if I am careful to put the lid on and not fill it up too much.
Most of the the baristas there are always very kind and nice. Croissants are fire 🔥 and I always get their granola cookies.
