Awesome customer service! ask for Celine. She's the best!! they were listening to our questions. We are really excited to receive our new espresso machine. Thank you again for everything. Completely would do business again with them

The food and service were beyond our expectations. We surely enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Amazing restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

Certainly a spot worth visiting, the food is excellent and well prepared, the costs are fair and it is consistently well kept in here. Keep it up.

not only is the eggs benedict delicious here but it is really reasonably priced at $13. The cappuccino is also a good standing and is a good value at $4. the eggs Benny also came with a side of super fresh fruit and just the right amount of red potatoes.

I’ve give Faema the benefit of the doubt too many times when it comes to service. I’ve waited over 10 minutes just to get a menu on the last three attempts to eat here. Today I simply left after not being noticed.

Faema Caffe is located in the building occupied by Faema, a company specializing in selling and servicing serious Italian-made espresso machines and coffee makers, mostly commercial, as well as other restaurant equipment, again with an emphasis on Italian culinary products (pasta, gelato, etc.), a building situated on Dupont St, between Seaton Village and Christie Pits (of the riots infamy). The coffee is great, the selection of pastries is very good, the service is friendly. The dining area is very spacious, one can leisurely spend hours there sipping cappuccino and feasting on freshly baked croissants, muffins, danishes, biscottis, and other pastries and tea cakes. The prices are very budget-friendly, with most of the pastries not going over $3 and the most expensive coffee (mocaccino or caffè mocha) is priced at $4.75 got a large cup.The free WiFi is offered (the password is abcde12345).The parking lot is adjacent to the cafe, however, due to the commercial nature of the building, to get a parking spot during peak hours could be a challenge.Don't try to find any details on the company's website; it is only intended for the espresso and restaurant equipment, the cafe domain is for sale.

Love the food! Egg n steak, bacon omelette were really tasty, but not the coffee. The Italian Coffee was strong but didn’t have the rich flavour just bitter and too creamy too.

Great spot at a good halfway point between downtown and west end.Informal cafe with bistro-style tables spaced far enough apart you can have a private conversation.Good basic but varied menu ranging from solid breakfast menu (omelettes, classic breakfast and waffles) to really good thin crust pizzas, burgers and pastas for lunch and dinner. Pizzas are great for takeout too.Coffee, lattes, cappuccinos etc are made with quality beans. Very good.Servers are super friendly and personable. Great spot for a casual meal or coffee.

Very unpleasant experience. This morning I purchased a croissant and a coffee ( and left a tip) and set quietly at the table. A few minutes later a waiter approached and asked me to leave: these tables are only ment for dinners.... so i know. Well, i don't think i ever go there again

I loved the experience I was very impressed with the knowledge provided to me on the products with in the shop. In addition, I liked the customer experience provided by all three workers (manager, general manager and Coffee solution specialist). I definitely suggest my friends and family. Overall, the staff assisted me to perfection for getting the products I needed.:)

You won't find a better place for breakfast, especially on a weekend morning. The coffee is superb, the decor upscale garage funk, and if it's warm the patio is the place to be. You won't be disappointed.

Used to work at this establishment, the non managerial side is great, but the general manager Jose has shown nothing but complete incompetence, he will not be able to maintain a single delivery order so that the restaurant can function properly and has no idea what he is doing. How he obtained the job is beyond me, if a man in a hat and mustache greets you here please stay as far away as possible.

There are some wonderful ways to meet up at Faema Caffé at Christie and Dupont, or around that wonderful neighbourhood. You can search for the following on Google offered by Donna Kakonge: World Literary Nonfiction Writing, Worldwide Legal Answers, and Worldwide Image and Health Consultations. All of these are available at all opening hours of this café and in the neighbourhood. You will enjoy it Great prices! Fabulous locations and drinks, snacks, or a dessert included if you meet up with me.

I have brought a couple of friends who needed to use their computers while we ate. The space and easy going nature of this caffe were essential for our meeting to work. Food was delicious, altho I was too nervous to eat, but I got to take left-overs home with me.

I was at the cafe yesterday with my son . The food was decent but the service was horrendous . We really were not a priority for him . Not sure his name . He was Asian decent . The cook in the kitchen that he was chatting with and his phone that he was playing on was far more important . It took him 15 minutes to come take our order after dropping off menus . He never once came back after dropping the food to see if we needed anything (which we did ) it took him 20 minutes to bring the bill after I said to him “if your sever forgets about you it’s it free ? “ I waited another 10 minutes for him to come back for the money before I finally went to the counter myself to pay . It was awful . I’ve never had such awful service .
