It's my first time here. I knew they had a shop at Bathurst Subway Station with the best Jamaican patties in town. At their store location there are more hot foods. Got myself 6 patties, 3 spicy beef, and 3 curry goat patties. Also, I got a medium OX tail dinner. There is so much flavor and melts in your mouth. Had to get an order of doubles, fantastic fried bread with curry chic peas. I passed on the coleslaw. But next time I'm going to try it. Have a look at my pictures and press the like button! If you like what I do, press the follow button to see what I do next. You need to eat here!
Ordered via Uber. The curry goat was delicious!!
The best freshly baked Jamaican patties.🤤 Must try! They also sell them frozen to make at home.
Food is amazing. Service is OK. Try calling to place a large order though, they don't pick up their phone
The best Jamaican patties in Toronto hands down!!!! I never used to be big on patties but these ones are soooo good, they are light and the filling is delicious and moist. The dough is soft yet crispy. We got the oxtail and curry goat plate and both were delicious. The coleslaw is also very good and fresh. It’s not overpowered by mayo. The portions are big and prices are reasonable for the value. The lady serving is was also very sweet and service was fast. Would highly recommend!!!
The patty prices and quality have changed $17.00 for a bag of 6 frozen spicy beef patties on my last visit caught me by surprise. After warming one up and eating it I found that there is less filling inside like a small lump and a lot of dough where the patty is pressed closed together. You used to get a bite of filling every bite even on the sealed edges and pressed corners now all you get is a bite of crust and a little meat in the middle.
I travel from Scarborough to buy patties here because I rated them to be the best in the city but in my eyes, they have definitely dropped the baton on they way they make them now and I will not be returning to be disappointed again. Especially if they're new jacked up prices for their lesser than average standard quality patty is going to be what we get as a new standard. The price difference should reflect greatness if you want me to pay that much and you are the bakery source that makes the patties in house. Why are you pricing frozen bags at over $2.25 per patty as if you have them already warmed up to eat? This is your bread and butter. What you're known for and you're feeling yourselves too much if you think less is more pertains to your patties you are sadly mistaken. I used to preach about Fahmee Bakery like it was the gospel for Jamaican beef patties but now unfortunately you left me no choice but to tell everyone the sad new truth. 👎
Ps. You new ground goat meat patties was another disappointment as well. Try taking them in a different direction and replacing the ground meat with actual proper goat meat. Then those patties would slap.
I try to come here every time I’m in town from Ottawa. The patties are fantastic. I’ll usually get a couple dozen frozen ones to take back home!
Food was good but the double were greasy and the chickpeas were undercooked and the service was awful. I ordered 4 things of which 3 were preprepared items that need to be packaged, and it took over 45 mins with 2 people working. Which created a line the person I was with couldn’t order half the food they wanted because they ran out of nearly everything 1.5 hrs before closing. The lady working with the long braids was very rude, asked the person I was with to move without taking their order, and spilt tamarind sauce all over my orders packaging and did not clean it off just put in in the bag.
They have great Goat patties but rarely ever have them in stock. They won’t let paying customers use the restroom. The tall guy who was there this morning is always rude whereas all the other staff are excellent. I will not be back. There are other patty restaurants in the neighbourhood now so no need to put up with that rude guy’s attitude.
Not a bakery and doesn’t seem to be Jamaican. The food is very inconsistent, I’ve ordered the chickpea doubles several times, sometimes it’s great and you get a lot of filling and other times it’s stale and half the filling depending on who’s working. I ordered today and got stale crunchy doubles that went straight into the trash.

Disclaimer off the bat- I have not tried the old Fahmee bakery foods so I cannot compare to what it used to be.
I picked up a large beef and rice combo along with two mild beef patties as part of a too good to go package. The staff is friendly and welcoming which is always nice.
The beef was a little bit on the dry side but the flavour is excellent! There's some good heat here from the peppers but it was the right amount. I'm saying this as someone who isn't a big fan of too much spice. The beef stew is a bit on the drier side but that's not a complaint - it works well with the rice and beans here.
I would love the beef in a roti version.
The patties were delicious. I'm not going to claim to be a patty pro but I enjoyed the filling here. The crust is not too flakey but I didn't mind it. This worked well as a patty and I would definitely go pick some up if I was in the area.
Overall a good spot for a patty in the area. Is it the best? Doesn't matter - patties are soul food and enjoyable when you're craving them.
