Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet.

Nuce hotel great service They have wooden door keycards Room was a bit small Banquet rooms were beautiful Location is amazing The food was incredible. Best hotel mouthwash I have ever used.
My only issue was their bar fridge If you pick up an item it charges you for it, so you can't even look at the items. They fixed the charges, but it was still a hassle. To make matters worse if you need a fridge they charge $25 to swap it out for an empty one. Seems shady.

It was a great experience staying at Fairmont, Toronto. The holtel is located in the middle of the downtown, super close from all the major attractions. We parked at 79 wellington street parking lot and could access the hotel from there itself. There is a lift that connects the parking to the hotel. Hotel rooms were super clean, Bed was comfortable and the bathroom has all the necessary items. Overall, 5/5 I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed 8 nights at this property and was very impressed with the staff at every level. My room was pleasant and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the desk light did not provide bright enough light for working, and the bathroom lights, as is often the case in hotels, were not bright or focused enough for makeup application.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel after our wedding. The staff was amazing, room was very clean, and appreciated the champagne and dessert upon arrival. Will be back again soon and probably come every year for our anniversary! Thanks again for making our experience so special!

What an iconic hotel! The Fairmont Royal York is truly a gem, perfectly located within walking distance of many of Toronto’s vibrant neighborhoods and the waterfront.
I was genuinely impressed by the care and hospitality of the staff, from the bellmen and front office to the team at the hotel’s outlets. Each time I visited the Champagne Bar in the lobby, I was offered a newspaper, which felt like a refreshing gesture in today’s digital world. As a solo traveler, I felt very welcomed. On my last day, I had a great conversation with Paul during brunch, which was a wonderful way to wrap up my stay.
Every small interaction contributed to a memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is ideally located in Downtown Toronto, within walking distance of many tourist spots and conveniently close to the subway, allowing easy access to all parts of the city. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the food is excellent. Additionally, the prices are better than those at most similar hotels in the area.👍😊
