Fairview Mall Food Court

The food and service are always excellent. Our waitress did a great job and was very accommodating. All the staff make sure you are satisfied with your meal. Mains were steak, shrimp and blackened mahi mahi fish. The fish is a very innovative dish with a great taste profile. All the meals were well prepared. The fish and shrimp should have been cooked just a touch less but they were still excellent. The noise level is very high since the restaurant was busy. Overall, a great meal.

Service was very slow and mainly waitress not very attentive or proactive. We had to keep flagging her down (ie: ready to order food, waiting for coffee to arrive then had to ask for a spoon and milk, ordered dessert then told it was not available, getting the bill).

Ambience was great and the food delicious! We ordered clam chowder soup and full rack baby back ribs. Our server Diane was superb in her attention to detail ans proactive, we shared the baby back ribs so she instinctly split into two plates. A bit pricey but overall.. experience was great!

Thank you for your continued offering of plant-based, vegan-friendly dishes. Our server was polite and friendly providing recommendations and making some small talk.

Over all we enjoyed what we ordered, good food and good drink. I love you clam chowder soup except it is a bit salty. The section we were seated was nice but a bit too crowded for our group of 7 people. We were aware that our server (Sup Geli) was new but her service was cheerful and excellent. Thank her for that for us please.

Our first visit to Moxies at Fairview Mall. We felt welcome when we arrived to check in and wait for our friends. Our server Somi, did an excellent job of looking after us. Made appropriate recommendations and even presented us with a complimentary dessert to add to the success of our evening. The music is energetic, so be aware of that for conversation purposes. We would recommend this location to others.

Enjoyed eating on the bar side, watching the Jays game. Justice, I think that's her name, was an attentive server and the support staff were all attentive. Service was A+ from everyone. I'd eat here again.

Renee was very rude and ruined our night. I had to ask her 3 times to bring napkins in order for her to remember. Had alot of attitude. I usually have a pleasant experience at Moxies but this was disappointing.

We had a lovely time on the patio! Staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch tables. Food was great and the weight staff was friendly and helpful.

As a regular at Moxie's Fairview, I have to say the experience keeps me coming back—and it all starts with the amazing people. Somi is truly one of a kind: attentive, genuine, and always making sure everything is just right. She has a way of remembering the little details and making every visit feel special. And it's not just Somi—it's the whole team. From the friendly hosts to the bartenders who always mix the perfect drink, everyone here contributes to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Big credit to the GM for running such a solid team. If you're looking for a place where the food and drinks are great but the people make it unforgettable, Moxie's Fairview is it. Definitely my go-to spot!

Brendan our server was fantastic. Very nice and helped us choose what to get with genuineness.

My friend had a mushroom allergy. We informed the server, and our server said no problem, the food would come without mushroom. We had to send the food back twice cuz of mushrooms. Thankfully my friend checked the dishes before eating, because it could have ended badly. I was highly disappointed that the kitchen did not take food allergies seriously. The plates were not cleared in a timely manner. Servers took over 15 minutes to clear dishes that were done. We had to flag a server down for them to take our dirty dishes. The service was also lacking. My cocktails also came without coasters. This location is lacking in basic standards for the Moxies brand. Our server took a long time to check up on us even after 2 mishaps. The manager did come by to apologize and said they had a pep talk with the kitchen and will be careful in the future. They also comped most of our meal. But this situation could have been very dangerous due the lack of food standards especially around allergies.

Everything started off very well but then when my husband asked for a diet pop it took over 15 minutes to get it to him and same with my tea (although that was a bit faster). I think they were just short staffed but the staff that was there was very nice and apologetic. I think management just needs to hire more waiting staff.

My friend and I had a good time as we meet to celebrate her birthday. Our server Calypsa was very pleasant. The food and drinks were good in the lounge. We then enjoyed some music on the patio as they had a live DJ. The weather was great. We left early due to a guest's inappropriate and racist behaviour. The management team and staff were able to defuse the situation in a professional manner. Good job!
