Famous has always been in my rotation of excellent cocktail bars to visit in Toronto. Marlene is a wonderful person and a next level mixologist! The drink pictured is killer, awakens your palate and is so well balanced. All of the staff are wonderful, I highly recommend visiting the bar and or taking part in one of their book club or cocktail classes.

This is a book themed bar with cocktails named after books and colorful books lining the walls. The cocktails were great and so was our bartender Lo . Thanks for creating such a unique spot!

One of the best cocktail bars in the city. They offer a wide selection of lovely cocktails, including non-alcoholic, which change with the seasons. Although the menu includes drinks that are offered year-round. The vibe is very relaxed and the servers/bartenders are excellent.
I probably shouldn’t mention this, but the prices are very reasonable compared to many other bars in the city (and I’ve been to many of them!).

We came here as a party of two on a Sunday. Most people were out on the patio, but it was pretty quiet. I imagine that Friday and Saturday would be much busier. If you love books, you'd love it here. The ambiance felt like a study, and the themed menu with different chapters was really cool. Service was super friendly and helpful, and quick! The servers we had were pretty informative and answered all my questions while also giving their own preferences. As for the cocktails themselves, they were alright. I didn't have any complaints, but they also didn't standout in particular. Still enjoyable nonetheless. I'd come back here for sure. I had a great time!
