The food here is on par with other Fast Fresh locations. However, the attitude I’ve witnessed from a specific staff member over the past year is unacceptable and has completely turned me off from visiting this location.
On numerous occasions I witnessed the older Filipina lady arguing with a co-worker while I was waiting to order which made me uncomfortable. Another time, a customer had approached her with a concern about the salad she bought earlier (I believe she found some sort of foreign item in it) and she accused her of lying even though she showed her a picture and started waving her hands and telling her to bring it here. There is no need to speak to anyone like that, the customer was visibly shocked and me and my co-workers just walked straight out of the line.
When you work in customer service you have to be personable and approachable. Especially in an environment like this when there’s so much competition, your employee’s attitude could be the reason customers come to your store or choose to go elsewhere. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable getting my lunch. Please do better.

I have been ordering lunch at this location 2 times per week for the past 4 years. It is an efficient location, I have never had any issues with the quality of the ingredients (which isn't the case with some of the other Fast Fresh Food locations in the core) and the staff are friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommend for a quick, healthy lunch.
