I ordered on uber eats and food was
pathetic , they filled my BIG Burrito with rice and beans only .There wasn't barely Any vegetables..taste was very bad seems like i was eating rice with bread ..I would never order again from this location .Food wasn't fresh at all. very disappointed. i called them at-least 5 time and they wouldn’t give pick your call..very bad experience .

Had a really bad experience at the Warden location. The cashier was rude right away, demanding to know what I wanted. One of the workers kept scratching her scalp with bare and gloved hands, then touched the food and trays — it was honestly gross.
When I asked for a refund because of the cleanliness, they got aggressive, argued with me, and refused to give a receipt at first. It took over 10 minutes and was extremely uncomfortable.

I met Kashish at Fat Bastard just once, and she completely brightened my day! She’s one of the kindest, warmest, and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Her smile, friendliness, and caring nature make everyone around her feel special and welcome. Even in a short encounter, she left such a positive impression, I can honestly say she’s unforgettable. I’m definitely coming back again!

When I went in on Dec 2/25 it was peaceful! Travelling to Scarborough again I got hungry and I came into this peaceful FB! I soloed this mission and the burrito guy was alright with no hairs falling even without a hairnet! It was awesome and spacious with the lack of customers!

Honestly used to come here many times years ago. Was finally back in the area and wanted to take a trip down Memory lane. Worst dinner ever. There was a total of 3 people in the restaurant. Took over 25 mins from the time I paid to the time they started making my order. All of the online orders are prioritized and walk in customers are left waiting. Issue number 2 is someone else walked in after me and they were served first. I mean whats the point of having a line, might as well be free for all. Then the two workers go back and one says to the other oh that person was waiting, and what does she say to the other.. thats fine they can wait I dont care, thats their problem. Like seriously?! How rude!! Third issue. When finally making my burrito, she barely a total of 5 pieces of chicken on my big burrito. At this point I made up my mind that im writing a review. Whoever owns this place simply doesnt care and they employ people who dont care what they do either. Im actually disgusted. Dont believe me? Go and try it for yourself and you write a review.

Used to be great & now is completely unorganized. Never prepared no matter the time of day & takes a very long time even with an empty restaurant to make the food you've ordered

Visited this place for the first time and the service was very nice but the maintenance was not. Food containers were not that cleaned. Some were very greasy. Veggies did not look fresh.

I ordered a pulled pork torta, they forgot about the order and rushed made me a sandwich, which was cold 😐(barely toasted bun)

Insanely long wait time on multiple occasions for no reason. Ordered online, came for the pick up time and it wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes!! This was at 10:30pm..not rush hour. Over an hour from when i initially placed the order..

I come to the Fat B. at the Eglinton Ave location exclusively because there is a certain employee that is always there that is exceptional at his job. His name is Fernil. It doesn’t matter how busy or how slow the customer volume is. It doesn’t matter if the customers are having a good day or unpleasant day, Fernil is always grounded with an infectious smile, helpful attitude and goes beyond the level of service you’d expect. In particular, one day I came in and I was not having a good day. After I placed my order I was buried in my phone and not paying attention to my surroundings until all of a sudden I heard a voice say “hi sir here is your order”. Fernil had come around the counter to hand deliver my order to me with a smile and positive energy that turned my frown upside down and totally made my day. If I owned the business i currently work for, I’d offer him a job at an increased pay rate because exceptional employees like this are rare these days. And of course the food he prepares is always spot on. Gold medal performing employee no doubt.

The best burrito I ever had. It truly stands by its name - Fat. So flavourful, so delicious and satisfying. But I regret saying this that everytime I visit they do not have fresh lettuce. And I end up having no lettuce in my burrito.

Located in a quiet corner of the complex i ordered the small ground beef burrito with everything on it. The flavor is on point and the serving generous. The crew at the counter was very pleasant amd always had a smile for the customer. Amd made me feel welcome the moment i walked through tbe door. A must try!

Idk what the hell is going on with the morning staff, whenever I ask them to fill my burrito bowl they take it as a challenge to give me less every time I put a mobile order, due to lack of time. Only the night staff is good, they understand if somebody asks for extra you gotta put extra. Disappointed!!
