Ordered a burrito tofu bowl via Dash on Dec 18 night from this location, the order was missing atleast 5-6 ingredients. There was no sour cream, no noodles, no glauc, no lettuce. What a joke. Clearly means they don’t care about product quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Never ordering from Fat Bastard again

FBB used to be the only place I got burritos from as the quality and portion size was 10/10 and always consistent. Over the past year they have shrunk their portion sizes to rhe point where it is disrespectful. Will never order here again. That was embarrassing, looks like a bowl from Tim Hortons.
Ordered over Uber eats for my pregnant wife. Got 2 bowls (buy one get one free) and a burrito. Burrito was ordered with no lettuce. Burrito came with lettuce - not ordered specifically (unacceptable). Both burrito bowls were ordered with rice (BOTH CAME WITH NO RICE!!!!). Absolutely diabolical. The lettuce in the burrito was warm and wilted. Will never order with this location again. Staff needs to read and prepare the orders to the order recipients (I work in customer service [food]) and this will never be acceptable.
Also, both the burrito and burrito bowl came with none of the ordered sauces (sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or burrito sauce)

This location messes up my order EVERY single time. Ordered three beef tacos with sauces on the side. They came cold and absolutely drenched in the sauces - They also put three bottles of pop I didn’t even order on top of the taco box that completely crushed the tacos and spilled all the toppings out of the box. Ordered two drinks (gatorade&chocolate milk) that I did not receive. Ordered a mars bar with a sauce that I paid for, didn’t receive either of those. (They gave a cheesecake burrito instead that I didn’t want). Side of queso I got was chunky and barely warm. Uber won’t give a refund so I paid $43. I called the store and the female manager said she would call me back which hasn’t happened. Will never spend money here again.

I don’t want to leave a terrible review but no one is answering the phone….. I ordered off Uber Eats. Normally I prefer Fat Bastard’s over Burrito Boyz and other burrito chains.. but regretting that.
The portion was soooo small. Shrimp (looking barely cooked) bowl and a quesadilla. The “coleslaw” was just raw carrots and raw cabbage no dressing it seemed.
The quesadilla was SO disappointing… it was not grilled.. cheese was not melted.. just bad. I’ve never ever seen a quesadilla like this.. not grilled or fried? I was so confused… literally just cold shredded cheese some raw peppers and a doughy tortilla…
Really regretting my Uber eats decision tonight…
