I ordered a quesadilla from the Jane / Bloor location. The quesadilla was sloppy. When I picked it up to eat it, it was all saucy and greasy underneath and the quesadilla completely fell apart. All of this made it extremely hard to eat. It was beyond garbage. I had also said that I didn’t want it spicy or have jalapeños in it. She had jalapeños and it was spicy so for me, it was inedible. I will never buy from that location again. EVER!!!

Normally me and my family are big FB fans, but this location is nowhere near the quality and taste as the other Toronto locations. We ordered 4 burritos, and my burrito loving family ended up eating only half or one quarter, and binning the rest. Hardly any veggies, no identifiable guacamole or sour cream as ordered, one crunchy bit in a burrito that was supposed to have crunchy bits, the veggie burrito had a tablespoon of coleslaw somewhere at the bottom. The rice was so, so overly salty is was practically inedible. And we love salty food, but this was gross. Give this location a pass, it's not worth the money. The other locations are great, though!

The restaurant is fine however during my selection on two different instances they have gotten my order wrong by giving me a sauce I didn’t ask for making it way too spicy.

I always place an online order for pickup from before I go on my lunch break at my job (I work in the area) for the food to hopefully be done at the pickup time, however every time I get there the employees are not working on anything and my order hasn’t been even started.. they tell me to wait a couple mins but then a lot of time goes by and my break finishes and I have to get back to work.. then I don’t even get to eat my food :/ does not feel very welcoming nor professional

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered via their app for pick up (in 45 mins). Arrived AFTER 45 mins to pick up my order. Odd the app did not alert me to my order. Odd I did not get a text on the progress of my order. Upon picking up - Location restaurant has NO RECORD of my order via the app at all. Staff were VERY nice and did their best to help - but THEY TOO were at a complete loss. Staff were willing to execute my order - but that means I would be paying TWICE. My credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY when I placed the initial order - NOW I have to take the time to dispute the transaction (NO I WILL NOT BE PAYING). Try and find a contact number for the app or website to rectify thing? LOL what a joke (you should contact the location you ordered from - THEY have no clue how to help me). I am sticking with Burrito Boyz.

Don't bother going to this location unless you like to wait over half an hour, go to the location by costco. The same food tastes better and the no ridiculous wait time. We litterly left after waiting almost half an hour

Ordered a quesadilla via Uber Eats. It was supposed to come with sauteed onions & peppers, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, pico de gallo and corn, but didn't come with any of these and it was just meat and cheese. Worst quesadilla I've ever had.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Almost two hours later and my order has now shown up. I have tried calling the store but they do not answer. If this thing does not show up tonight I’ll be going into the store tomorrow to deal with this situation in person

The food itself is alright. But don’t order online. Food simply just didn’t show up, the staff refused to refund for some reason??? Even when showing proof of purchase and pending delivery days later. Should have checked the reviews first cause that seems to be a common issue with this location.

Also I emailed them weeks ago and still no reply. Wonder if I’ll get an automated reply as well telling me to email them . . .

I usually have good experiences with their other locations but this one is not a good one. Definitely avoid

So the food is great and the people that work there are really nice and hard working. However, they are understaffed on Wednesdays when they have the burrito special. They only have 2 people working Wednesdays and they should have 3. It takes almost a half hour for fast food takeout which is way too long. It doesn't reflect well on the owner/management to understaff their business and essentially hang their workers out to dry on the busiest day of the week...
Burritos are great though!
