More like skinny bastard with the amount of toppings they add, I swear there were like 8 black beans. They advertise ‘free guac’ - must have been about a teaspoon of it. Literally used as glue to keep the tortilla wrapped. On top of that took about 20 min to get the burrito made, and there were crunchy bits inside I had to spit out, I think old dried out beans. Honestly couldn’t tell and I don’t really want to know.
I used to come here a lot, it’s been a long time but as other reviews say it has really gone downhill. Don’t bother

Sadly the service is off, they take forever. Several people walked out and once you make it they take their sweet time just talking to each other. 27 min for a burrito with 2 people in front of me. Suggestions if you are going to order do it online for pickup.btw I tried to leave a review but I never got my receipt.

Does not honor one small free burrito upon app registration promo (does not show up in app upon registration) and fish burritos are pitifully small, with three thumb-sized pieces of fried fish through the whole burrito.

I go to a ton of locations of this chain and this one is one of the worst. I don't even expect much good service from a fast food joint, but their PORTIONS ARE SMALL. I always get extra protein, but the portions here are equivalent to a non-extra portion elsewhere. Their location reeks in customers and they don't feel the need to provide adequate portions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Slathered on the wrong sauce on my fish tacos on Nov 10 9:45PM, went back to ask for new tacos and cashier was rude when I asked nicely and said it was my fault since they asked what toppings (they did not). Sauce was NOT chipotle sauce and tasted sweet and gross. I’ve eaten here multiple times and always got the fish tacos and i KNOW it was not the same. Horrible experience, never coming back ever again.
