There are employees so incompetent that they can’t even prepare a simple burrito order. My burrito had no sauce, just plain rice and the protein I selected none of the vegetables or sauces I added were there. I ordered a large size, but I received the smallest one instead. I didn’t eat it and threw it away. I will never order from you again. Fire such employees and hire someone better. Thank you for the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life.

4 years of living in the area and finally tried this place out late night Saturday at 2am. I got the pulled beef bowl and the air of the restaurant was warmer than the food. I guess the meat just sits at room temp in a container in the back. They need to open a chipotle in City Place...
Ordered a protein punch bowl. Did not have any beans or salsa when I got it. Also, the photo on the website shows three guacamole scoops and my bowl barely had 1 proper scoop. Cilantro lime dressing has a weird sweet taste. Chipotle is way better than this.

Laughable. We ordered through uber. They just didn't read what we ordered at all. Did not receive what we asked for, portion sizes were honestly a joke. One bowl had about the size of half a normal one. Also did not include many things asked for. They should be retrained. Do yourself a favour, order somewhere else.

I ordered a tofu burrito bowl and was so disappointed in the portion size, I was still left hungry. You’re better off getting it from chipotle.
Portion sizes have been brought up numerous times from the reviews, not sure why the manager/owner doesn’t do something about it.

Is this how you guys send Burrito Bowls for delivery orders (Uber, DoorDash and Skipthedishes)? This also serves as a perfect display of how little the portions are. Either charge more and give a decent portion size or just don't offer burrito bowls at all if this is the type of thing you're sending paying customers. Horrible....just horrible. A mess and stingy portion... The perfect recipe to lose customers
***The picture of the cup is a 3oz cup of Queso I ordered. Keep in mind that it came exactly like this. I didn't even use it. There's about 1 oz. Like come on guys. Can you do even one thing right?

I ordered a sweet potato burrito from this location on Uber eats. My burrito came only with rice and sweet potato, there were no beans, vegetables, sauces. It tasted like I was eating the tortilla with rice and some sweet potato. I opened up the burrito to check and then only thing I found was rice and sweet potato. I was so disappointed because I was really hungry and looking forward to this. I didn’t end up eating anymore than a few bites because it tasted disgusting.
