At Ferraro502, the pizza maker’s behavior toward staff was super unprofessional, creating a hostile atmosphere in front of guests. Publicly shouting and belittling employees isn’t leadership — it’s bullying that destroys respect and morale. While the food may be good and some parts of toppings are questionable, the toxic treatment of staff overshadows the restaurant’s reputation.

The guy making pizzas at Ferraro502 by the bar side is a walking example of how NOT to run a restaurant. Watching him bark orders and humiliate his own staff in front of paying customers was sickening. It wasn’t “tough love,” it was pure disrespect and ego on display.
You don’t earn respect by degrading your team in public. That’s called bullying. And it completely destroyed the atmosphere for everyone around. Honestly, if this is how he treats his staff in front of customers, I can’t imagine how bad it must be behind the scenes.
Ferraro502 needs to decide what kind of place they want to be — because right now, the pizza might be hot, but the attitude is toxic. Without your staff, you’re nothing.

Got the smoked salmon pizza and bolognese Penne. I know the smoked salmon pizza is always risky but for the most part whenever a place puts one on their menu its quite good after maticulously looking for a decent recipe that works. Unfortunately, not this one - they cook the salmon with the pizza instead of putting it on top after the base is cooked and use a normal base with half melted goat cheese - very fishy, flavors don't mix well, dough is average. The bolognese? Dissapointing - sweet, not very hearty, and the pasta was slightly overcooked. Honestly, decent place to take your kids for reasonably priced food thats on the sweeter side and very Americanized but not for anybody who wants authentic tasty Italian cuisine.

Ordered 2 different pastas on uber eats , they came with the same sauce. It tasted like it was out of a spaghetti O’s can. Portions are big but flavour is no bueno
