2 x Ferro Dough Balls + San Marzano Tomato Sauce + Fior Di Latte Mozzarella + Parmigiano + Fresh Basil. Instructions (fun part!): 1.) Pre-heat oven and set to bake at 500°. 2.) Flour work surface and dough. Stretch dough out to 12" or desirable size. Place stretched dough on pizza pan, tray or peel and pinch/patch together any holes in the dough surface before proceeding to topping pizza. 3.) Top your pizza as desired! Ideal order: sauce, basil, cheese. 4.) Place in oven and bake for 6-9 minutes or until bottom is golden brown and cheese is nicely melted. 5.) You can taste its freshness and pleasant acidity, and appreciate its fruity bouquet, which come from Raboso, a native vine variety of the Treviso area, vinified as an innovative and young wine. Its name is intended as a tribute to Mr. Armando Spinazzè, known to everyone as "Moro" for his complexion and friendliness, always full of witticism, making everyone readily fond of him.
RED - PRIMITIVO '17 IGT // caleo, italy 750ml 13%25
The red Primitivo grape grows primarily in Italy's Puglia region, in the heel of Italy's geographic boot. There, it makes black, fruit-filled, jammy Primitivo wines with low acidity and medium tannins. Primitivo, like the very similar Zinfandel grape in California, is a clone of an ancient Croatian grape called Crljenak Kaštelanski. Loads of sweet, succulent fruit, and has a velvety-textured finish. Ideal with red meats and game.

Great staple in the St. Clair west neighbourhood. One of the few places where you can get an app, two mains, and dessert for under $100 (after tax & tip). The service is friendly and the generous portions of food come out quick. The grilled calamari was perfect. The seafood pasta had everything I wanted and just the right amount of heat. If I had any critique, it would be that I would want a higher ratio of meat sauce to noodle in the lasagna — but the lasagna was still...

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this place and it was truly amazing. The Magic Mushroom appetizer was delicious and the Lasagna special was amazing. The Lasagna had the perfect meat to cheese ratio and was a stunningly large portion. The only downside was that the place is a little small so there isn't a lot of room without having to adjust a few tables to get situated.

Exceptionally delicious food. Great flavours, and substantial portions. Friendly helpful service. Very good value. Pizza was the best I've had (Originale). The bread pudding desert is worth a visit itself. We are already planning a return visit.
