Amazing! Delicious! My wife and I ate here for our anniversary. The food, the presentation, the staff, are all above and beyond. We both had the most amazing experience. Thank you and see you again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying the tasting experience, and it was truly extraordinary. From the very beginning, Marilyn and Judith provided impeccable service warm, attentive, and profesional making us feel very well taken care of.
Chef Essau showed incredible passion and deep knowledge while presenting each dish. His explanations helped us appreciate the ingredients, techniques, and inspiration behind every creation.
The experience felt like a journey through the flavors and regions of Latin America, offering a beautiful representation of Latin high cuisine. Each course was a delightful surprise and a celebration of our gastronomy.
It was truly a memorable culinary experience. Thank you to Marilyn, Judith, and Chef Essau for such a special evening!

I hosted a large party at Ficoa a few weeks ago and overall would rate the experience 4 out of 5.
Planning the event was very smooth. It was easy to coordinate with the restaurant manager to organize the setup and finalize the menu. A nice touch during the evening was when the chef came out to introduce himself and his dishes, which added a personal element to the experience.
The appetizers were a strong start. We had ceviche, empanadas, and other small plates that were beautifully presented with vibrant colors and balanced flavors. The roasted cauliflower was a standout, perfectly roasted with a delicious sauce and a great vegetarian option. The fish dish was also excellent, nicely grilled with just the right amount of saltiness and very tender inside.
That said, for a restaurant positioned as fine dining, the mains didn’t completely wow me. The appetizers set a high bar in terms of flavor and presentation, but the main courses felt a bit underwhelming in comparison.
The dessert was exceptional. The chocolate cake was divine, perfectly baked and not overly sweet. It was so good I ended up taking leftovers home to share with my family.
Service was generally good, though drinks were a bit slow to arrive for some guests. A few small hiccups happened during the night, but the restaurant handled them very generously.
Overall, it was a great experience for hosting a larger group, with excellent appetizers, a standout dessert, and thoughtful hospitality.

The tasting menu was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Every dish was flavourful and fun, and it was the perfect amount of food. Will definitely be back to try it again - it was that good. Both chefs who presented the plate's were passionate and it was great chatting with them. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the attention to detail as well as the all around great atmosphere they provided. The assistant manager Abby, was also lovely, and took great care of us while we dined. 10/10 in my books!
Amazing experience. The food was a mix of great Latin American dishes showcasing some of the traditional ingredients in the region. The infusion of everything tasted so well together. What stood out the most was the service. The chef took his time to come and explain every single meal on the tasting menu, with the thoughts and background for them. The staff was so friendly (always smiling), warm, and welcoming. I would recommend visiting Ficoa for a cozy night out, for a date or a birthday celebration.
Love the blind tasting experience with little tweak towards to your flavor as long as you speak to the chef or the server.
We had a fantastic evening dining at Ficoa. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and Chef cocktail pairing with our meal. The food was very well prepared and tasty, except the Camaron which was a bit disappointing. The rest of the dishes are simply delicious. Abby definitely made the night entertaining and fun. Will return to try the Brunch someday.
One of the best meals I've had in a long time! Abby was an exceptional server. Will be back soon!
Best tasting experience of the year! No doubt a five-star recommendation! My friend and I prepaid for the 9-course tasting menu through OpenTable and every course turns out to be so innovative and tasty! The tasting menu was not shown until the very end, which made us in suspense throughout the journey. Moreover, the restaurant was also very caring and asked about our food preference and allergy ahead of time. Neither of us are spicy-sauce tolerant, and therefore we appreciated it so much when they added a plate of freshly made salad, of which size was big enough for sharing, right after we told them one course was still too spicy for us! If I have to name one downside of this place, I'd say it's quite troublesome for ppl who prefer to making reservations over phone to get an instant answer to their questions and concerns, especially about the tasting menu since it's prepaid. Although the phone number is provided on both restaurant website and OpenTable, no one really picked the phone during the business hour and no voice mail was enabled — I tried at least 4 times before made up my mind just doing the online booking.

First time at Ficoa - small but not tight - food was great- service excellent - highly recommend.
Fantastic food, highly original, beautifully presented. Service thoughtful, but a bit intrusive at times. Will definitely return, and recommend to others.
Anniversary well spent!
Ficoa was a true gastronomical ride in latin America. Their 10 course meal is nothing you have tasted before and is well worth the money - everything gets explained to you perfectly and tastes out of this world. They also have the nicest people making their service top-notch. Would definitely come back, thank you Ficoa!!

We went to Ficoa for my birthday and it was incredible. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the experience, and they were so friendly, kind and attentive throughout the entire dinner. Every dish and pairing was explained with passion and care, our glasses were always full and our dirty plates were cleared immediately.
I am gluten free and have a few dietary preferences as I recently started eating meat. They accommodated everything, and double checked what I would be okay with ahead of time, while still serving my husband the “regular” (for lack of a better word) dishes.
We did the chefs tasting menu and the food was so delicious and the drinks paired so well. I felt like we got to experience a range of Latin food with unique flavours and dishes I haven’t seen anywhere else.
Such an amazing experience, highly recommend!

Without a doubt, this has been the most satisfying meal I’ve had this year. Everything—from the price to the service and overall value—was absolutely top-notch. I truly felt the chef’s dedication and sincerity in every dish. I’m confident this restaurant is destined for a Michelin star next year. Highly recommended!
