Amazing experience. The food was a mix of great Latin American dishes showcasing some of the traditional ingredients in the region. The infusion of everything tasted so well together. What stood out the most was the service. The chef took his time to come and explain every single meal on the tasting menu, with the thoughts and background for them. We had a fantastic evening dining at Ficoa. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and Chef cocktail pairing with our meal. The food was very well prepared and tasty, except the Camaron which was a bit disappointing. The rest of the dishes are simply delicious. Abby definitely made the night entertaining and fun. Will return to try the Brunch someday.
