I’ve been to Figs a handful of times and can honestly say it hits the spot everytime! Breakfast is always piping hot, pancakes are soft and fluffy on the inside with a buttery crisp on the outside 👌 Service is fast and exceptional. You’ve made a loyal customer! Keep up the great work :)
We had their croissant breakfast sandwich, really good but messy as take out - we are as we walked.
Not their fault.
The young man serving us was very polite.
Service was fast, and the food was delicious! Will visit again!
Tried the eggs benedict; it was fine though not particularly memorable. The servers were really kind though and parking wasn’t bad on a weekday.
Reasonable friendly service good food
Love the food and the people.
Food was great, price point was fine. Service was ok. We werent told beforehand that it's only cash or debit so we were out of a way to pay by the end when we got our check but somehow we were able to pay with visa.. I had requested to have the bacon removed (almost everything had some sort of pork in it), but she had said she can't make modifications. When we got the sandwich, it was very easily able to be taken out or not put into the sandwich- so that was a little weird. Also you cannot split checks, one bill only. Just a weird atmosphere and easy requests were not granted.
We went in with our friends for breakfast, but left very disappointed at the end. The food was good and well prepared however the service was poor. They put the bill on our table even before we finish the food, and came to the table a few times to rush us. When we left, we were told they can not split the bill not even just split the whole bill in half, and debit card only. Things like this should have been notified by the business before people sit down for the meal.
The food was good but the service was weird. I arrived before my friend, they refused to seat me. Said I am welcome to stand at the door and wait. When she arrives, they will offer me a table. Mind you, there were tables available already.
They have a pretty good amount of seating and wasn’t hard to get a table for two on a weekday afternoon. One complaint I have with the space is that it definitely gets cold anytime someone opens the door to come in or come out and you’re anywhere near the entrance. There’s no vestibule to break the wind.
Had the Meat Lovers breakfast, which was a lot of food. I didn’t really like the taste of the beans much, and I can’t say that the rest of the food was that tasty either. It is a lot of food though for an affordable price, so if you’re hungry and need a quick bite in the area, it’s a good option to come by.
