FIKA Cafe is a very popular spot, and it's easy to see why: it's always packed, reflecting its warm welcome among locals. Their tea selection is excellent, with refreshing and exceptional blends enjoyed in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They also offer the option to purchase their blends to go, allowing you to continue enjoying their flavors at home. The coffee is also delicious, and its peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax or work. FIKA is definitely a must-stop for lovers of good tea and excellent service.

Devoured this thing in less than 3 minutes. Café is crammed on a busy day, but it’s cozy all the way. My best friend has so much pride and joy whenever they take me here as they’re of Swedish descent. It’s a staple place for us whenever we’re around Kensington.
Cute little Swedish cafe in Kensington market. They have unique lattes like the cardamom latte and Swedish treats such as Semla. There is not a lot of seating in the winter, but there is a front yard and backyard patio in the warmer months. The latte and sweets are amazing and the staff are very friendly.

Nice coffee and pastries! Seating is a bit limited and the snacks are pretty normal. For the price, I wouldn't come here super often, but on occasion, it's pretty neat.

Best coffee and pastries. Such a cozy vibe. Hidden gem in Kensington. Get the Cardamom bun, it’s a must try, and ask them to warm it.
Vegetarian options: All pastries are vegetarian
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, in an older building with stairs

Beware if you are OVER-CHARGED: was charged $8.12 for a Fika Iced latte without tips, which is about $7.19 pre tax, however, it’s $5.95 on their menu. The math is not adding up in any way. Been here many times but don’t think will go back. FIKA has gone downhill in many way.
Cardamom latte was yummy, not too sweet, but great flavour.
Cinnamon bun was fine.

Honestly not sure which is better—the cardamom latte (I get mine with almond milk and honey instead of simple syrup) or the Swedish cinnamon bun (yes, it has cardamom in it!). You really can’t go wrong!

A nice, cozy café with good coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. I particularly liked the Swedish cinnamon bun and the cardamom latte.

I tried the beetroot latté. It was ridiculously sweet, I had to throw it out
Interior is very cozy. The cardamom latte warmed me up and had a nice bit of spice to it.
