Food was okay. For some reason they have the same names for their chicken and beef burgers and don't bother to clarify what you want and blame you for it. Not sure why workers are unnecessarily rude despite me being understanding about the situation + the chicken burger is incredibly inedibly spicy, or they made mine extra spicy without me asking for it since i pointed out their mistake. Overall pretty bad experience

Food aside, I am really disappointed by the lack of awareness shown by the Firefly workers. They were openly drinking Starbucks, fully knowing that this is a Palestinian/Arab environment where people are mindful of boycott campaigns and the impact of their choices. On top of that, I noticed they are stocking Coke products, which feels very strange considering we have reached a point where ethical alternatives are easily available…
It feels dismissive and careless to continue promoting and consuming products that many in this environment are actively avoiding. I cannot support this place if it does not respect and value ethical considerations.
