It was the worst burger I have ever had. It was only sauce and the patties taste terrible.

Firefly in Toronto serves up the best burger I've ever tasted since arriving in the city! The burger was incredibly juicy, bursting with flavor, and utterly mouthwatering. The chefs and staff are exceptionally friendly and passionate, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Don't miss out on this gem!

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO DINE OUT AT, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. My family came all the way from mississauga and was extremely disappointed with the worst ever experience. The cashier jumped out of the counter and attacked a single mother with 3 kids for questioning why the restaurant charged them extra for drinks and fries they never received. The mother ended up with a mark on her face and the cashier never got fired. The workers defended the cashier for doing that and the cashier's very disrespectful to the customer's with using swears infront of kids. The food got thrown on the ground by the workers and no refund was received after throwing our food onto the ground and telling us to leave. THE WORKERS OVER CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS ON PURPOSE WITHOUT THEM REALIZING.

Visited Firefly Burger and tried the Grilled Chicken Burger. While it was a decent burger, there’s definitely room for improvement. The toppings were fresh and added a nice crunch, but the chicken patty was a bit underwhelming – it lacked the juiciness that would really
elevate it. As a halal burger spot, they have a lot of potential, and the staff was courteous, which made for a welcoming experience. The sitting area was comfortable and pleasant too. However, I’d suggest they work on the buns for a softer texture and aim to make the chicken patty a little juicier.

Tried the Grilled Chicken burger - it was decent, toppings were fresh, but the patty itself was kind of average - not as juicy as I’d hoped.

We ended up at this burger spot around 1:30 a.m. when options were slim, and it turned out to be a good choice. The burger was satisfying in size and taste, with fresh ingredients that made a difference. It’s a great option for a quick, decent meal if you're around Dundas Square late. It's not mind-blowing, but it's way better than Shake Shack or Five Guys!!
