Great food, delicious food, yummy food. Amazing atmosphere and charming staff. The only thing to keep in mind is that you may have to bring cash since credit cards may not be accepted.

A few days ago, I specifically called to book a table and pre-order lamb stew. During the conversation, I repeated several times that I was pre-ordering the lamb stew, and the restaurant staff confirmed the booking and the lamb stew had been reserved for us.
Today, upon arriving at the restaurant and being seated, I reiterated that I had pre-ordered the lamb stew when making the table reservation. The female restaurant manager with glasses immediately suggested placing the order for the lamb stew for us and even recommended the existing lamb stew set menu.
Later, the manager asked again if the order for the other dishes could be placed, we decided not to order for the set menu but to order a crispy fried chicken and snow pea leaves .
After placing order, the manager came again and suddenly claimed that there was no lamb stew available today, stating that the restaurant owner had burned all of it. While she was informing us the lamb stew was not available, the chicken was already served on the table and had made us no choice to leave the restaurant.
We were all disappointed as we purposely come for the lamb stew, and at the same time to our surprise, we noticed that two other tables were being served with two large pots of lamb stew.
We immediately asked the manager on the situation that we observed, the manager even couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation and continued to insist that all the lamb had been burnt by the owner, and further shirking responsibility by saying it wasn’t her who took the table reservation call. This was truly unconvincing.
This restaurant is now permanently blacklisted, and I will not recommend it to anyone else. The restaurant also forcibly charged a 13% service fee on the bill. If the service attitude and food quality were good, we wouldn’t mind paying 13% or even more as a tip. However, given the extremely poor service and handling by the restaurant and the manager this time, it is truly unacceptable.
We ended up paying the tips but not at 13%, the staff and the manager were even yelling at us that we still owed them money. The worst dining experience ever, with such service and attitude.
Not even a star should be given to this restaurant.
Overpriced and the food isn’t great.

Lobster is not flesh. Peking duck is deep fried not bbq. The Lobster took from the refrigerator they pre deep fried and place in refrigerator. Why I know? Some piece that I took still frozen after stir fried. Our bill was $368. Not worth it with bad quality

Roasted duck meat noodles, garbage in the garbage... I don't know what those roast meat guys are doing to save these things!? It's only ten yuan and eight dollars for you.. I love to masturbate with these ducks. ?? But everyone doesn’t like such things... I don’t know what it means!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service.
I ordered two Dim Sum items, but they forgot to include chopsticks or any cutlery.
Initially, I was asked to wait for 20 minutes, so I went outside. When I returned after 15 minutes, they asked me to wait a bit longer.
Eventually, someone found my food nearby, but it still lacked chopsticks.
By the time I tasted it, the food was cold and not as fresh as expected.

Terrible dinner. There were only a few tables occupied on a Sunday night in early December when good restaurants were already very busy. The restaurant ripped off customers. The Peking duck was definitely day old. The lobster weighed 3.5 lbs at $30/lb but what was served to us at the table was at most 1.5-1.75 lbs. As for the beef tenderloin plate, there were more mushrooms than beef and the beef wasn’t tenderloin. The only acceptable plate was the vegetable. Service was not bad, acceptable and the bill had service charge added on. Will not return again.

Food was fine, they said it’s 20% discount if you pay cash but it’s not true, and forced to put the 12% tip. I’m not going to recommend

I went there 11:am to order six dim sum ,the cashier said they only accept cash ,so I paid them cash. After finishing my order for takeout they said I have to wait for 30mins. After 30 minutes I came back, the cashier said my order still not ready yet. I have to wait for another 10 minutes.

No service and their food almost made my teeth break. What’s the reasons to force for 12% tip!?!?!?!?!!
1. They won’t inform you when dishes are not available.
2. Bone inside bbq pork rice roll !?!? Which is suppose to be boneless.
3. The tea doesn’t taste like tea; the leaves feel like they’ve been used ten times over.
4. You have to wait 1 hour for a to go box.

The food was OK and portion sizes were decently large. The price does reflect some of the portion sizes.
The main criticism is the lack of service. They put in the wrong order for one dish and forgot two dishes. There was no apology. We didn't get the missing dishes since we wanted to end this experience.
The dishes and main dish plates after dinner were not cleared so the table was crowded during dessert. The tip is automatically added to the bill so there is really no incentive to provide good service. Also, this establishment is cash only as well.
This place was not busy during Saturday evening so you shouldn't have an issue getting a table.

Great place for families or groups looking for the full chinese dinner menu.
We were very satisfied on the quality, cook and size of each dish, as well as the price point.
Definitely recommend.
