Visted the infamous Five guys and eas extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. 1. The beef patty was extremely bland 2. The bacon was extremely burnt 3. Bacon cheeze burger had no taste at all absolutely no flavour, the cheeze. 4. The fries were extremely Salty My first and my last experience never again

Very late order. Waited for almost 30 minutes for a cheese burger. The cook was just standing on their phone and didn't even place the patty on the grill for 20 mins after the order. Worst service and they expect tip on their pos system. Never again on this location

The food was good, but I ordered a milkshake and it just never came. Then after 10min I asked about it, and they proceeded to not make it. Then they made someone who ordered after me their shake first. I guess I should ask every minute for my drink next time

I went to the Five Guys at First Canadian Place. I’ve never been to one before so I tried the poutine. It was terrible. While I was there I noted a really sloppy slow moving person coming out of the back, floating about and I was praying they were not going to touch my food. One and done, never again.

Watch the person who is wrapping up your burger, she never changes her gloves. The same gloves that she grabs the raw patties and frozen fries to put in the fryer.

I like this place and like other five guys the food is amazing. The staff here are pretty fast as it gets really busy for lunch. There is plenty of place for sitting as well.

I got a cheese burger today and threw it to garbage immediately.All employees here wearing gloves but doing litterly everything with the gloves including touching machine, receipt and bills. But the reason i didn't eat my food was the guy who prepared it was scratching his body/shoulder with his fingers(with gloves) and then used the same hand/gloves to add burger to my sandwiches and touching bun and toppings. So discusting!
