Stepped in to get just fries and Got some pretty cold fries. Asked for extra cajun seasoning on side and got very little considering I had a bag with THEIR LARGE fries.
I've tried other outlets but this one doesn't align to others' standards.

Really rude staff. Girl saw i didnt tip FOR FAST FOOD AND YOUR NOT EVEN BRINGING IT TO MY TABLE and gave me the stink eye looking at me all pissed off while i paid 25$ for a burger and fries. Then as the guy was packing my order and put in extra fries as per usual with 5guys, she tells him why are you giving him extra fries he didnt tip. He then looks at me all pissed off that i did not tip. Talk to your workers about tipping because this made me not want to return to your establishment. Its crazy how theres even a option for tipping.

Solid burger place and relatively on the healthier side. Upon entrance, the marketing for their use of peanut oil is helpful to know as it is high in antioxidants and good fats that can keep your heart healthy and blood sugar levels down. Albeit, there are downfalls to the use as well, but not enough to outweigh the benefits.
Staff were helpful and attentive. The atmosphere gives an old school diner vibe along with complimentary peanuts while you wait for your meals. It’s also worth noting that they do not have combo deals. Everything is ordered separately.
Overall, great place to dine in or take out.

I had this the first time they opened in Brampton, over a decade ago, actually I think it was 2004 or 2005...and I wasn't impressed. Never tried it again since then. 2024 now I decided to try it out again and it was worth every penny. Flavour and amount of fries you get it jaw dropping lol. Will buy again!

The burger is great here. However service is different depending on who's on the shift that day. Last week a staffer made sure to serve people that ordered after me in the store while I waited for my online order. Having waiting 15 minutes for fries when you put in your order 20 minutes earlier is not just unfair but defeats the purpose of ordering through the app for people in a hurry. If the app tells me about 12-15 minutes i don't expect to add another 15. Please get my fries on time!
