Honestly I don’t expect much from Five Guys, but I just have to give a big shout out to the team. I went on BOGO free burger day, the line was hectic and they were incredibly busy. The wait was a bit longer than normal because of the deal, but the team was so proficient, so hardworking and quick, it was pretty awesome to watch from the waiting line. Incredible teamwork that brought order and satisfied customers to a chaotic atmosphere. And my burger was so good. Shoutout to the guy calling out names, making sure every new person that walked in was spoken to. And the lady keeping the team focused while assisting with the burgers, you’re awesome.

If the delivery drivers wanted to do something to the food they can because five guys refuse to seal the paper bag better. What's the point of the sticker in the middle if evertything is accessible through the sides.

This location desperately needs food safety training. I watched staff touch a garbage can, a home depot bucket for oil disposal, and their cell phone, all while wearing the same pair of gloves they continue to handle food with. Disgusting.

The food at this restaurant is very good. The taste, quality, and presentation were all excellent. I really enjoyed the meal and have no complaints about the food itself.
However, the customer service needs improvement. One tall male staff member had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. The way he spoke to us was not polite and did not reflect proper customer service. It felt like he was not interested in serving customers, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Good food should always be matched with good service. I hope the management works on staff behavior, because the restaurant has great potential

This location is spacious and has less traffic, Five guys is always good, good paties,bacon Krispy , amazing huge amount of fries.
This branch isn't as good as the one near Eaton Center. But still good!
Burger was sooo good, thin but so juicy, buttery and fresh, it was heavy but sooo satisfying. Really what blew me away were the Cajun fries, small is enough for 2 people, it’s basically a huge plate of fries, I can’t believe I ate them all by myself, it was like a bag of potatoes but I couldn’t stop eating them. I don’t think I’ve ever had fries made in peanut oil, that might be why. Definitely must try!

Visited this location a couple weeks ago, got a couple burgers and a regular fry. They put very few fries in the bag especially for a regular size. Pretty disappointing considering the price and that they’re known for decent portions.
