Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Went to Five Guys just to ask if they had chicken. The staff simply said no, which is fine — but what happened next was shocking. A woman, likely part of their team, made a disrespectful comment in Hindi behind our backs: “Jaise aaye the vaise gaye,” basically mocking us for leaving without ordering. This is disgusting behavior — rude, unprofessional, and downright insulting. I don’t expect this kind of attitude from any food place, let alone a well-known chain. Never stepping foot in this location again.

What I really love is how customizable everything is. You can pile on as many toppings as you want, and they never skimp. A very tasty burger. Cooked fresh and fries are nice and hot/crispy. The cheese and bacon are ok. Bacon tends to be a bit too crispy but adds a nice flavour/crunch. Not the prettiest burger for sure but it tastes real, like what a burger should taste like. The little fries are more than enough and they are cooked perfectly. Place can be a bit noisy since it is all tile but has a diner variety vibe. Worth stopping in.
Excellent service, excellent burgers and fries. For the ladies to know, the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Consistently good.
