Fantastic dining experience at FK last Friday night. The warm welcome by the host set the tone for the entire dining experience. Opted for the tasting menus with wine paring. Each dish was perfectly executed, showcasing seasonal ingredients from across the country. It’s very easy to tell the chef is very passionate about his craft. There were no misses with any of the dishes. Each course flowed naturally from one to the other, yet offering a very new experience along the way. I will definitely return to enjoy this adventure again!

The menu beautifully blends French cuisine with subtle Asian inspiration. The flavors complemented each other in a way that felt refined yet comforting. Each course felt carefully composed, with great attention to flavor, texture, and presentation.
It's rare to leave a restaurant feeling impressed by every single dish, but FK really delivered from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

$500 for 2 people on nye and it took almost 30 minutes to bring out each dish. Portions were really small, I left hungry and had to eat something else at home. It was a set menu so there was no option to order outside of the App & Main. I also felt really cold all night with the door opening, and wind constantly blowing on me. The food was great, but these things were not what I was expecting after a $500 bill - ** no drinks ordered. We don’t drink alcohol. Water only**
And other than the main, every other course was 2 bite size

First time at FK and WOW the restaurant was outstanding. From the moment I entered FK I was made to feel at home. The service was discreet and very attentive. We shared an order of La Perle Noir to start. Outstanding! We shared bites of Beluga Cavier and The Tuna Tartare Taco. Both we visually enticing and the tastes were wonderful. We both ordered the Cote De Boeuf aged 80 days. We have never had a better steak. Hats off to Adam who was a great server and he guided us with our food choices. Special thank you to Shawn for making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Also Chef Frank shared his vision for the restaurant. Both Shawn & Frank have so much passion for FK and is shows. This place is truly something special. The food, the service, the hospitality, everything was beyond exceptional. Each dish had so many layers of flavour and texture, all coming together so perfectly. It tasted even better than it looked, and the presentation alone was stunning.
We weren’t even dining here, we were actually vendors working a private event. But the front-of-house team and chefs still treated us with the same warmth and care as their guests. They went out of their way to prepare an extra plate from the custom menu for us for every single course being served at the event, even though they absolutely didn’t have to. That kind of genuine kindness and hospitality is rare, and it meant so much.

Mushroom tortellini – rich, silky, and unforgettable
Tuna tataki – so fresh and beautifully balanced
Mulligatawny soup – addictive… I could not get enough of it 😌
