The jackfruit sandwich is TO DIE FOR! Very flavorful and delicious. A side of fries is very generous and goes perfectly with the sandwich. Highly recommend!

Lurking around the shipping container restaurants east of Bathurst and Dundas as I do, Flame and Smoke’s BBQ jackfruit sandwich caught my eye. Honestly I was thinking about it all day before I was finally able to head back and grab a bite. The suspense was brief and merciful: my sandwich was ready in minutes and overflowing with generous contents of seasoned jackfruit and garnishings, rendering a not just finger but also (compostable) container licking good experience.

absolutely amazing food, tastes just like southern homemade cooking. i’ve lived in the south a few times in my life and i swear this place serves up even better food than anything i’ve had in kentucky, texas, tennessee, or arkansas. and so reasonably priced too. and the lady at the counter who did all the cooking too was the sweetest person ever. you have got to eat here !!!
