I visited Flaming Sushi with high expectations after seeing it all over social media. While the food—especially the salmon tataki and Godzilla Roll—was flavorful and well-presented, the overall experience was underwhelming due to service and inflexible policies.

I tried the 5-course tasting menu and absolutely loved it! The service here is unmatched. I was served by Katie, and I couldn’t be happier with her service. She was so patient in helping me choose the dishes, everything was served on time, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. You were really amazing, Katie — thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

I have a lot diet restriction and was about to give up or left but our server Stacy was amazing kind and nice, very accommodated, patiently explained and back and forth to ask or check more information to accommodate my diet which we do so appreciated about it. I haven't been eating outside for a while due to my diet but this was an amazing exceptional because of a very nice server. 5/5 for the Stacy and Flame sushi.
