These were the best fluffy pancakes I've had since my trip to Japan. Staff was friendly and efficient even though we were a big party. You can make reservations up to 8 people, I think. Others tried the eggs and they saif they were really tasty as well. We found out about this place on Tik Tok and it definitely stands out because the pancakes melted in our mouth. If you're a big foodie, order something else asides from the pancakes or you'll be left a little bit hungry.

Sunday mornings are always chaotic at breakfast spots, but the staff here were absolutely incredible. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We shared a lot of laughs. Food was SO GOOD. The pancakes were nothing I've ever had before. All around we had a lovely time. Kudos to the staff who were handling the chaos of Sunday morning and still had time to laugh.

Had brunch here last sunday. Food was great especially the pancakes. One of the best pancakes I tried. However, service was bad. The way he talks to us was a little rude. He asked if weâre ready to order or we still need more time thinking about it sounding impatient for waiting. I reserved a table outside at the patio and the server reminded us multiple times that we have to pay first before we âstartâ eating which we were totally okay with and told him this everytime as well. Food started to arrive and again, he reminded us that heâll settle the bill first before we âstartâ which by this time making us uncomfortable. Idk if because of our race that he thinks weâre gonna run and not pay our bill lol. So basically, weâre just there sitting with all the food in front of us while waiting for him to bring our bill. I want to come back here for the food but the service is holding me back.
The soufle pancakes are addictive, and the hashbrown paddies are crispy and perfect!

Delicious lemon pancakes, excellent and thoughtful service, tasty crisp baconâŠ.what more could I ask for? Highly recommended but note you might wait for a bit for seats over the weekend.
I really enjoy this place ! Chickens are sooo crunchy and fresh. I like the strawberry butter (?) which is served with waffles. Souffles are REALLY puffy and soft that I can't stop eating it ! If you are finding a decent place to have a bruch, I recommend this place :D

Cozy cafĂ© on Elm Street in downtown Toronto. Arrived at 9:05 a.m. and got a window seat â the front was already half full. Ordered one savory and one sweet: the prosciutto Benedict (great choice, bread base soaked up the Hollandaise perfectly) and the fruit soufflĂ© (airy, fluffy, best when hot). Drinks: no decaf, but they offer a low-caffeine hojicha latte with natural sweetness. Regular latte also recommended. Small, homey vibe with more seating in the back. Good spot for breakfast or a casual meet-up.

Thought Flipperâs was a great time! Everything about the experience from the service to the food. The soufflĂ© pancakes were light and delicious. The egg Benedict was one of my favorite, the egg was well done and the salmon was good quality. The tea was good but I did go pretty simple with the mint. Finally the service, very friendly and professional. Overall, highly recommend!
