These soufflé pancakes are insane! So light and fluffy I couldn’t stop myself from hoofing them down. And the salted caramel latte, definitely get that. And the eggs benny was amazing too - but will 100% be going back for the fluffy pancakes! Service was 10/10 so kind and great at their job. Atmosphere 8/10 —but only cause I’m a stickler for cozy vibes and cozy lighting. But it was very clean and quaint and the front window is nice to sit by.
I was told it was a wait but I got in very quickly. The food was amazing and there was a very comfy atmosphere. My partner and I stayed at the Chelsea Hotel Flippers is right across the street so very convenient.

Service was wonderful! The server Ellie was so attentive, my water was always full and she was warm and friendly. Initially, she said the food would take 15mins to make, but saw I was in a rush. The food came out in 6 minutes!!
