I was here a few weeks ago and everything was fantastic. I went again on Friday night and it was even better! The staff are the kindest people and they accomodate everything that you need. Highly recommend.

I used to go to Flock on Harbord all the time when it first opened, but this visit was a huge letdown. I ordered the Power Greens salad through a 2-for-1 deal, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here even with that promo. The portion size for a $17 salad was tiny, and the ingredients tasted no better than something from the grocery store. I used to love Flock’s salads, but the quality and value have really gone downhill — wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

I used to eat here frequently but have not been in a while. Recently I order the Cali salad with chicken for takeout and the total was $24.52. When I got home and opened the salad I was suprised to see there was barely anything in it. I separated to see the contents and there was about 10 pieces of lettuce, a handful. Everything else was small portions as well. It advertised quinoa, it was maybe a table spoon worth. The chicken was $6.25 to add and it was also minimal. The taste was delicious, but for a salad to be almost $25 with not much substance is not acceptable. Especially when there are places like Mandy’s that make very large salads with protein for the same price point. Very disappointed.
