A bit pricey, but otherwise the food was amazing! Very friendly staff, and efficient service!! I ordered the Floke bowl with extra chicken and avocado. It was amazing! Very flavourful and fresh tasting. I will definitely be back!

I ordered an over priced pulled chicken sandwich and was excited to eat it but it hardly had ANY chicken on it. I mostly ate bun. The slaw was good but for a place called FLOCK, they should provide more actually sandwich filler. I will never purchase again. It has so much potential but ended up being so disappointing :( Sorry flockFollow up: Just tried my kale Caesar. It definitely looked appetizing, however, the the chick peas were so dry and tasted as if they were stale. I unfortunately couldn't even swallow my first bite.This was from FLOCK On Church and Bloor. Maybe something is up with this location?EDIT: I contacted the manager , Aaron, who prompted below and after telling him about my experience he wrote me one of the most empathetic and professional reply's I could have never imagined from a franchise. He apologize and validated my experience and invited me back to try FLOCK at its best.Although I did refuse to try FLOCK again, he did refund my purchase and was extremely accommodating. The service is 5+ stars.I wholeheartedly appreciate the customer service I received.

I do Uber eats delivery. Picked up the order but was canceled just as I put it in my bag. Ate it later, lot's of "pink meat". Had the side pasta which was good. Ate what was exceptable of the chicken. I'll nuke the rest for my dog.

Great business they're only negative is the price most of what they sell you can buy in bulk for very little except for the chicken and avocados so they're expensive price it's based off of it being healthy!
None of the menu TVs were working, crazy hot inside with no AC runningNobody at the counter at all, had to glance into the kitchen for workers to come outTo top it off, food was extremely extremely bland and they're well above average pricing.I will never be returning.

This is just about the food. The service was friendly. Chicken flock stock soup was served room temperature. With the pumpkin seeds being hard, the mouthfeel is all weird. Spicy Mac reminded me of the food from a high school cafeteria. Absolutely no taste. And I was starving. Thought everything tasted good when you’re hungry. Not here. 2 stars only because their hot sauce was the only thing that had taste, and their service was great. They charged me for a side I never received and promptly refunded it and gave me the side anyway. That’s a star. But food is not good. No idea why they are on average $5-$6 more expensive than their competitors, who taste way better.
