Placed an order for lunch on Uber eats for the first time after reading good reviews about their birria tacos, unfortunately it was a terrible first experience and enough to make me not want to order again. How do you send someone birria tacos with no consommé? Just 3 dry tacos and that’s it. Terrible disappointment. I have never dined in so this purely based on taste alone. The food is OK. Ive tried a few things just to be sure and as far as looks go it looks way more flavourful than it actually is. Having worked in an authentic Mexican restaurant where some recipes took days to make , this feels a bit rushed maybe ? Or just made to be a bit white washed.
