I've taken visitors from other parts of the world down into the PATH to enjoy the walk and select from a variety of foods also from various parts of the world. As a tourist attraction, I would say it is not to be missed if just once.

Decent place for lunch.. nothing special in comparison to other stores in the PATH. Not many seating areas during peak hours of the day.

The worst service!! Partly mealpal's fault It's ~12:05, I placed an order on MealPal, I showed the staff I'm about to scan using the MealPal app, the staff witnessed me scanning, the white screen slides up where the countdown and "Confirm pick up" usually shows. Instead, it's just blank white, staff doesn't give me the food. I close the app and opens it again, Button to scan is gone, no way to pull up the countdown screen with button to pick up. Looked at my reservations, shows meal is picked up. Explained the situation to the staff, staff says cannot do anything about it. I lined up like everyone else, talked to the cashier, who is also the manager. She also says cannot do anything about it and ignores me and serves the customer behind me. Gives me a number to call that doesn't go through. I showed them multiple times that I have reservation here and a screen that proves that with a picked up status that a actually never happend. The most demeaning thing was that the staff just ignored my concern and said I have customers to serve. What the hell, I'm not a customer?

I ordered the salmon poke bowl ($13.25) with brown rice yesterday through the Ritual app. There was a generous amount of salmon and avocado, which I appreciated. I'd say for the price and serving size, it was average, if not a bit better and I would repurchase this. This location is very busy and considering that, the customer service was good. They probably had about 15 Ritual orders lined up so it's not the most organized in terms of pickup, but I didn't have to wait very long because I ordered in advance. If you're looking to eat here, I would order through the app since there was a line going out of the place (about 10 people) when I got there around 12pm.

Before you proceed to sushi shop, ask yourself the following questions: - am I REALLY craving sushi/do I need sushi RIGHT NOW? - is my workplace paying for the meal? - is there NOTHING ELSE nearby or on the way to my destination that is open If you answered yes to at least 2/3 of the questions then proceed. If not, then turn back now (literally turn back and go somewhere else) I went here with a coworker to get a quick meal to bring back to the office. It was pretty much the only sushi place open nearby and the firm was paying so why not. It was somewhat expensive for what you are getting. I got 2pcs of sake nigiri and it was $4. Packaging was great though so theres that. Though I have to admit the salmon was very fresh and the size of the salmon was relatively large. I also got a tuna and sake poke bowl. It tasted great and the ingredients were fresh but it was pretty small for $14 and the sashimi inside was really small. TLDR: tastes great, fresh fish, overpriced, better and cheaper options if you walk a bit

I've popped into Sushi Shop a few times to grab lunch from their prepared bentos which were always pretty good. Standard I would say for fast take out sushi. This time, I pre ordered some lunch to share with a friend. We ordered the Phoenix Blossom, Salmon Nigiri, Tuna Nigiri, Tiger Sumoroll and Spicy Tuna Crunch. Everything was delicious. We also got two free miso soups with our order. All of it came to $35 which we shared.. not bad!! We will surely be making this a frequent option!

I've tried sushi shop at this location for a few times already. I think it's not a bad option if you are craving for some jap and you're nearby. It's average considered the fact that it's a chain. The most recent two times I ordered through ritual. Pick up was alright. They also offered free miso soup. Both times I ordered the salmon poke bowl. The ingredients were not bad, salmon was fresh (though first time they were not properly cut through and all linked together), also has avocado, masago, tempura crunch, nori, spicy mayo (first time was a bit much), lettuce. Somehow i feel the lettuce is a bit out of place but i don't mind some veggie intake in my lunch. Overall dish was fair, average. Portion is a bit small, but with the free miso soup, definitely can fill you up. Regular price was about $12-13 for the poke bowl which is standard for poke bowl and in downtown core.

This Sushi Shop is located on the PATH by the EY Tower in the food court. It was EXTREMELY busy when I came by to pick up my order. The girls who work there are super efficient and I (thank god) got out of there in no time. The sushi itself is a little different than your usual mall food court sushi stand. They have a variety of different sushi options including temari (round little rice balls that contain fillings), hosomaki (little small maki rolls), and sumomaki (HUGE maki rolls). They are all decently priced for downtown Toronto. I got my temari roll (Smoky Philly) which is a must try. The outside was decorated with a small piece of smoked salmon & the inside: cream cheese, tempura, green onion, and spicy mayo. This was approximately $7 but each individual piece was a generous size (see pictures) BUT still a little pricey in my opinion. Overall, I enjoyed the sushi and how easy it is to pick up from the stand. I'll be back to try out their combo deals which seem like a great deal as well if you're just craving 'regular' sushi.

This is my go to poke bowl or sushi burrito shop at work. If rolltation was closer, I'd go there but the sushi shop will do. They are relatively quick in preparing your order (you can also order ahead in ritual) and the flavour is good.

Decent place for a good quick grad and go. There is a million of these places along the path all pretty much selling the identical thing. I wonder if they all get their product from the same bulk vendor. I the usual, dragon roll with some sort of sriracha mayo sauce spread decoratively across the top. Good for what it is, but definitely not fine dinning

Oval Centerpiece Seating and Fast FoodFood courts are in modern malls and towers for time and budget convenience for quick 30 minute lunches and 15 minute breaks. The Stock Exchange tower has connection to The Path like other downtown buildings and this small food court has the popular mainstream Tim Hortons and Starbucks among the other multi-ethnic cuisines. The lower food court is only open week days not weekends, aside from Starbucks above. Most people who eat down here at Food Exchange also probably work above in the offices in the financial field at the Stock Exchange tower.
