It super funny cause I get bubble tea and wheel cake from them from time to time the staff is always nice and I never had a weird interaction. Today the staff( which was a tall girl wearing a beanie and glasses) gave me the worst service and attitude. Tbh I never leave reviews but she was being mean for no reason. Good luck.
my favourite bubble tea in the city. always so fresh, always so tasty. high quality products. they never disappoint
The staff here clearly don’t care about their work.
I went around 10 PM and ordered a bubble tea through their kiosk — no toppings, half sugar, and less ice.
The kiosk even had two separate options for the same drink (one with toppings, one without), and I selected the one without.
When I got my drink, it had toppings. The staff member claimed, “the machine doesn’t have no-topping option,” which was clearly false.
When I asked for a replacement, he poured out the toppings from the same drink, added more ice to fill the gap, and — when I reminded him I wanted less ice — scooped it out with his bare hands before adding who-knows-what back in.
At that point, the drink was unhygienic, overly sweet, and definitely not what I ordered.
Completely unacceptable experience.
Came here and got the lychee green tea. Flavor was good but nothing outstanding. My buddy got the taro smoothie and he said it wasnt real taro being used. We also got some wheel cakes. Those were pretty good. I got the matcha one and it had a nice sweetened matcha flavor. My friend liked the custard one alot.
The drinks and pastries are delicious! The customer service could be improved a bit, though.
How come on the menu it’s $3.00 but was charged $3.20? Unethical!
The best bubble tea in Toronto. I have yet to find a bubble tea store of similar quality anywhere else in Canada. 100/10 would recommend.
$14.99 uber eats delivery fee? Is this a joke???
Better than the plca real juice
Unfortunately, this location hasn’t been very consistent, especially when adjusting different levels of sugar and ice.
Today I ordered 125% sugar and less ice, but when I got home it tasted like water. I brought it back, and although they eventually made a new one, the staff seemed reluctant to make it right and there was no real effort to make up for the inconvenience. After this experience I’ll likely be going elsewhere.

I was so disappointed with my recent order. I got a box of 6 wheel cakes but ended up eating none. The box is made of very light material, and since the cakes were placed inside while still hot, the box became even softer. Unfortunately, the bottom gave out and all the cakes fell to the ground. Such a waste, especially because I really love their cakes 😢.
I truly hope the shop can consider using sturdier boxes, add a piece of tape to the bottom or a liner for hot cakes, these treats are too good to lose this way.
First time trying out Formocha through UberEats and was a quick seamless pickup. The mango smoothie was delicious, very refreshing on a hot summer day. Lots of seating available if you want to sit in. The location is quick walk from Eglinton station and isn’t too difficult to find.
We had a brown sugar bubble tea and a matcha wheel cake each.
The bubble tea tasted great, sweet enough with 25% sugar. The tapioca was warm and chewy.
The wheel cake didn't particularly stand out to me but it was a nice snack, it's not overly sweet and the matcha flavor was strong.
Friendly service and tasty bubble tea.
