Tried the taro slush. It tasted great, minus some ice chunks. Tapioca was good!

Used to be my favorite spot since they've opened- until new ownership / management took over. Now there's a new team and lately every time I come in, I order the exact same drink (Oolong Tea Latte), and the quality is never consistent anymore. I've noticed staff will sometimes not measure the drinks and end up adding too much milk so you're basically drinking milk with a hint of oolong tea.

We ordered on Ubereats and the bag came unsealed with the food exposed. For delivery orders you guys need to make sure you package everything securely so customers can get peace of mind.

I'd been a long time customer of this shop, when they first opened they had great flavours and really friendly and patient staff, perfect shop for a local neighborhood gem.
The staff today (male mid 20s, not slim) was so curt and rude to me when I inquired on my current points, spoke to me as if I had offended him or stepped on his shoes and the like. Last time I had a drink here about a month ago, it tasted watered down and quality had gotten worse.

It's supposed to be a lychee smoothie. It would be hard to tell what it is after a few sips. Not worth the price and pretty disappointing. Just a cup full of ice with minimal lychee. Also paid $3 for cheese cake but it was frozen and too sweet, won't be visiting again.

We ordered the for mocha milk tea and winter melon lemon which were both fan favourite items however the boba was rock hard and old (super disappointing we almost considered going back to get a replacement but didn’t have time) I’d say the interior is cute and spacious, so that’s why I’ll leave it at a 2. Oh yeah and the winter melon wasn’t terrible
Awful cheesecake! It was frozen and too sweet! So sweet I couldn't take a second bite! Not to mention how tiny and thin the slice was! Never going back!! I wish I could give zero stars

The original bubble tea is perfectly creamy with great tea flavour!! Enough sweetness to it with 25% sugar. Tapioca was cooked well. I tried one of the matcha wheel cakes, not too sweet, and the batter was nice and fluffy. The matcha flavour didn’t stand out enough for me though.

Don't buy their cheesecake, it's from Costco! I feel robbed paying $5 for a slice of cheesecake that they buy from Costco and resell. That's just lousy and somewhat deceiving. I'm not going back to Formocha anymore.
