We were quite excited about the wheel cake - they were on the smaller side for the price, but still tasted good. The earl grey bubble tea flavor wheel cake is something I’d like to try again. However, the staff member was quite rude when my partner picked up the uber order. Why the attitude? Hope the service improves before we visit again.

Very disappointed! We have been ordering their wheelcakes several times on UberEats or in store purchase. And yet, this is the worst product condition that we've ever received. The pastries weren't produced properly. Seriously, how could they not re-do again for customers before they pack? Those stuffed were exposed and the food was already broken in the container. Apparently, that was not the driver's fault, because other items were fine. Can't believe the store manager would allow their lazy staff to pack this food in bad condition for customers. How could they expect customers to pay exactly the same prices for an ugly and poor condition of the food? This presentation of the wheelcakes looks like it has been dropped on the floor and maybe someone just used their finger to pick it up and tossed it into the container. Or the staff just couldn't care less about it when they are fresh made to pack. If they couldn't provide the food and beverages in good condition for delivery orders, they should be forbidden from the delivery service. Well, a new location with a bright and shiny interior of a business doesn't mean they have better quality of food or well-trained staff. Don't get fooled, people! There's no quality and no sustainability. Now I would start recommend my friends avoid wasting money on this bubble tea store.

- i ordered a rose milk tea with 25% sugar i have never in my life been so disappointed. it tasted like 250% sugar i cant even get the awful taste of this nightmarish drink out of my mouth. even my friends who order extra sugar in their drink were appalled. I can’t even drink it i had to throw it out. i don’t make very much money so in total it costed me 7.35 (obviously i didn’t tip these fools) - the only reason i went into this store was because they had a sign advertising their regular milk tea for $4.9 however when i went in their menu priced it at around $6.9! false advertising and an unethical business if i ever saw one - i hope they take this time to reflect and maybe refund me however i didn’t try the drink in the store so i couldn’t deliver this news personally.
i’m crying right now. i just wanted to treat myself.

I’ve tried taro milk teas from a lot of places, but this one is top-tier. It has a lovely texture and tastes homemade. Perfect with tapioca pearls or pudding!

Drinking this takes me back to childhood. It has that sweet, earthy taro flavor that’s so hard to describe but so easy to love. Always a comfort drink.

I bought bubble tea in Monday around 9pm. I saw rhat only one staff work today and look like the place very empty, not a lot of order. I jus ordered my drink but i waited for a long time like 15min or 20 min jus for only one drink. The reason because the staff always using the phone all the time, every step she make my drink, she used the phone again. I worked for all day but the way she used the phone make me feel upset

warm staff, helpful attitude,albeit,for Someone like me,who likes their beverage Piping hot, this place displeases since it can not give you your beverages,Piping hot.there is simply,No system in place,to do so....but brownie points for the sweet korean girl who Tried Her utmost best,to deliver.......u can sit & contemplate for hours all by yourself or Hang out wit frens, large space.......good location......plethora of stuff to choose from,on their menu......selfless server....... Must Try the Cheese foam,atop hot minty chocolatey beverage

Your sealing machine is not working properly. We ordered uber and when we got it, it's spilled. We checked and realized it's the lid. Just wanna let you know since you're just open, but if thisnt fix, it might spill on customers' clothes.
