warm staff, helpful attitude,albeit,for Someone like me,who likes their beverage Piping hot, this place displeases since it can not give you your beverages,Piping hot.there is simply,No system in place,to do so....but brownie points for the sweet korean girl who Tried Her utmost best,to deliver.......u can sit & contemplate for hours all by yourself or Hang out wit frens, large space.......good location......plethora of stuff to choose from,on their menu......selfless server.......

Your sealing machine is not working properly. We ordered uber and when we got it, it's spilled. We checked and realized it's the lid. Just wanna let you know since you're just open, but if thisnt fix, it might spill on customers' clothes.

So grateful for this location! They have the best bubble tea ever. The flavour, sizes, price points, dessert treats are all amazing! Highly recommend to visit this gem. Each cup is crafted to perfection! Thank you Formocha, we love you 🫶🏽🧋
