My boyfriend and I ordered for a pickup on DoorDash, about 30min into the order noticed that there hasn't been any status change so thought that we'd go in person since it's been a while and we might get to grab it soon. We arrive at four brother's pizza, first, the washroom there is very smelly. Not a good sign when you first open the door. We then go to the front to ask about the order. The server seems lost and told us it'll be 15 minutes, then frantically starts making the food. Turns out they didn't even get the order started at this point. I look around the place and find it to be very poorly maintained - sticky floor, smelly washroom, broken TV screen, an ATM that's taped together with duct tape, and some gunk hiding in the table dividers (which had some fake plants on top, seems like an attempt to hide the gunk instead of cleaning them). We finally get the food and it is very mediocre. If I had just gotten the food without the poor customer service experience and looking at their restaurant, I'd say it's very mid. But now that I've seen the restaurant itself? Very weird experience thinking about eating it given the weird vibes. Still ate it tho cuz we were hungry since it was ready much later than expected!!

Ordered 5 times now pizza is decent but order is wrong every time. They put the wrong toppings on the pizza, they forget your dips, they forget your drinks. It’s extremely frustrating when the person you’re with doesn’t eat pork and you order chicken and they put bacon on it instead. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Mediocre efforts

Have ordered from them multiple times and order a large pizza but they always send the wrong size sometimes or whatever they feel like. I got two mysterious sauces in place of my garlic dipping sauce with no note of even what it is. This is seriously disappointing they will not get the orders right and delivery services will no longer take responsibility for this behaviour. Waste of money and ordering. You won’t get what you ordered but a surprise instead…
