I love this spot, if this and my other fav pubs are closed I go home, nothing compares to the lovely bartenders who are friendly and remember what I order every time, I usually happen to come in while either Victoria or Alexis are bartending and we greet each other with big smiles and happy chats. The food is always consistent and the owner is humble, and respectable despite being quiet he’s got his pub figured out and it’s just a happy spot. Introverts on solo visits, sit on the outer bar seats and get to know the staff and observe the diverse crowd of regulars and the warm classic vibes. PS ask for the Pot Pie secret menu order you won’t regret ❤️ prices are pocket friendly for students and fellow starving artists!

Don't bother. Terrible food. One pound of wings is not three flats. They should probably tell you they count the carrots and celery into the weight.

The food and service are both bad! Ordered calamari and it was not at all good and tasted very off. Did let the server know. Had to wait for the bill for so long as well

Seats are dirty, customer service is non existent, excessive heat didn’t even have access to water.

Here for Copa America, when the reservation was made they asked us to come in an hour before the game. When the party partially arrived on time, they told us the remaining sits will be removed if guests didn’t arrive within 5 mins. We were not attended for 30 mins after the reso, food took an hour to arrive. Forgot drinks even after reminded multiple times. Multiple guests complaint about the excessive heat 27 degrees Celsius in the restaurant. To make matters worse there was not enough cups to provide for water for the whole table. I wrote this in the 60 mins and counting while waiting for my food & water……

I was in this location today with a friend we payed separate bills and the owner/ or manager bring the bills and he just charged automatically the tip in both bills, since when the customer can't decide how much want leave in tip??? He just stole us, very disappointed I don't will come back.

Do not work here! The owner does not pay his staff.

You have to wait until you file a complaint with the Ministry of Labour to get your final check & ROE. What a joke.

Also the owner does not pay you your tips with your last cheque. He’s a crook. Stay away!

This place has been around for a long time. The interior could do with a bit of updating. They don’t have any craft beers but what they do have is reasonably priced. And most importantly both the service and food were excellent. The banquet burger was fantastic and so were their fries. Didn’t try the fajitas but it looked amazing!

Good place. Good beer. Food was average with high prices. The most disappointing experience was that the waitress gave me the bill by adding 20% tip herself. I understand the tipping culture but have not experienced this thing even in the most elite bars.
