Disappointed with rude service. I have never been harassed over not tipping 15% when normally I tip 20-25%. The one moment I don't apparently means I get to be humiliated for it.

The place could also be cleaner, and the table pool is slightly off tilt, which makes playing it less fun and more of an inconvenience.

I did not need to be berated on how tips work. The one time I don't tip well, I have to be harassed for it? Terrible unprofessional behavior. This is not how you act in the service business. You do not embarrass me in front of a group of my own friends.

I cannot afford in this economy, to consistently tip people a quarter extra of the money that I have already spent. I work in the service industry where I do not earn tips, and yet I provide the utmost quality service possible. I refuse to ever purchase any food beyond just playing Billards/table pool.

Don't like👍 bartenders telling me a pint is 16 ounces when I'm paying $11 + tax+ tip for a pint. All over the city bars and restaurants get away with this crap💩,which is basically a robbery.

They water down the drinks, dont have cable and use IPTV so the tv is always laggy and cutting out. The burger my friend ate gave him stomach issues.

I usually always come here on Good Friday, for their amazing Fish and Chips..Excellent service. On Friday's the Fish n Chips are $12..

The owner was blatantly racist toward me and my Black friends. As a Black woman, I felt not only targeted for my race but also for my gender. The moment we walked in, the owner made it clear we were unwelcome, treating us as if we were a threat to his other customers. It wasn't until three white couples intervened on our behalf that he reluctantly allowed us to stay. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place if they expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity.

Always super friendly and attentive servers. Great that they have pool tables! This is our go-to bar!

They very kindly played the game we were looking for. Really appreciate the dedication to customer service.

I love this spot, if this and my other fav pubs are closed I go home, nothing compares to the lovely bartenders who are friendly and remember what I order every time, I usually happen to come in while either Victoria or Alexis are bartending and we greet each other with big smiles and happy chats. The food is always consistent and the owner is humble, and respectable despite being quiet he’s got his pub figured out and it’s just a happy spot. Introverts on solo visits, sit on the outer bar seats and get to know the staff and observe the diverse crowd of regulars and the warm classic vibes. PS ask for the Pot Pie secret menu order you won’t regret ❤️ prices are pocket friendly for students and fellow starving artists!
