Didn't get the drink I ordered, didn't get the food I ordered, didn't even get my name right. Food was mostly average. Fries I stole from someone else's plate were crispy so there was that at least.

Poor service. Poor management. Poor customer service. Poor atmosphere. After waiting almost an hour for my food I finally waived down my server who admitted that she forgot to punch in my order. When I asked to speak to the manager (a tall guy) he said he would comp me a drink. So I ordered one and after 20 minutes of no food or drink I walked around only to find himself drinking at the bar having a good laugh with the bartender. Me and my 3 friends left. Hope they get some serious help from some more serious people.

Had a horrible experience at the fox on danforth. The manager was not accommodating and the food was horrible. Not to mention, the quality of the restaurant is terrible. Seats are torn and tables are rusted. Would not recommend!!!!

Fish and chips was a decent portion, but buffalo cauliflower appetizer expensive for the quantity. Newer paint job is a bit grey and austere. Definitely better suited as a sports pub.

This street has so many restaurants to eat, choose anywhere else. They were understaffed, which isn't the server's fault but definitely resulted in poor service. Order was taken, not written down, came back like 5 minutes later to take the entire order again and write it down this time, that's fine she appeared to be one of the only servers. The appetizer never came, it end up coming last after the food which again, okay it was busy but it was wrong. We ordered cauliflower bites clearly twice, and got chicken bites. Fine, she took it away and got it replaced with the right item. I ordered the cobb salad which is a favourite according to the icon on the menu, it tasted fine until I found a dead fly right in the middle of it. Gross. She did take it back, ask if I wanted something else instead but got me a new salad. We ate, the burgers the other people at the table got were not good and they mentioned them being poor quality and not like they used to be. We ordered dessert to at least end the meal with something sweet. Get the bill only to find out they didn't even bother to comp the meal with the dead bug in it. I opted to pay, tip and leave despite the disappointment. I'm not going to argue with the server over it, the poor management of the place I'm sure is on whoever runs this place and not her personally. I simply won't waste my time and money next time.

Karaoke Wednesdays used to be great. Now there’s a new DJ, all the regular karaoke attendees are leaving. Listen to your crowd and give us a more experienced DJ that can get through a list more than twice in 4 hours!
