I’ve been a regular customer of John & Fox Pop in Bloor West Village, often ordering through Uber Eats, but after my last experience, I will never order from them again. I ordered a well-done steak, and what I received was completely unacceptable – the steak was bloody and undercooked, and the sides were all mixed together in a messy pile.

When I called the restaurant to complain, their only response was to “assure me it won’t happen next time.” That is not an acceptable resolution for such a big mistake. There will be no next time. I can’t recommend this place to anyone – save yourself the money and the disappointment.

Yummy food & a great pub - Madison was awesome!

I choose to place a takeout order on father's day have eaten both in house and had many takeout orders in the d past. That being said I was very disappointed with my order yesterday it arrived a little early witch was great but the ribs I ordered were burn and several were so hard they were inedible and the fries were cold I had to warm them up. My husband was not at all happy with him father's day dinner

The server was super nice and very accommodating. Had the special of the day which was the lamb racks with baked potatoes and steam veggies, and the drink special was also an awesome price!

They don't wash the lettuce before they use it in their dishes. Not only did I have a piece of plastic in my food, which at least I got a discount for, but now I have a stomach ache from what I had already eaten. A disaster. I will never eat there again.

Phenomenal service on the patio provided by Liliana, she was prompt and accommodating. I appreciate that she accommodated us to sit at a larger table. We also had another make server offer us an umbrella and I thought that was very kind!

I ordered Buffalo Chicken wrap, it was spicy and delicious, I really enjoyed the food.
The patio is pet friendly, which is a great thing.

Sara is a pretty cool girl, she really takes care of her guests and sets a very welcoming atmosphere and is extremely beautiful. I come back just to see Sara, she makes this good place great. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 And you know I mean it, because I am a homosexual and not trying to sleep with her. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Fox is basically a Sports Bar, but the food flies well above that category. Generous portions, really good pricing, much better quality ingredients. I'm no sports fan, but this is one of my favorite neighborhood places to eat. The $24 steak special was not the best steak I've ever had, but it sure was in the running for best $24 steak since 1988.

Special gem: The Power Bowl is something your vegan friends might like (if you have vegan friends), quinoa, red pepper, chick peas, avocado. But, they'll add steak or shrimp for a couple bucks. I eat a veg bowl that should make my cardiologist happy, and 8 (or so) ounces of beautiful, medium rare steak on top. It's amazing.

We went on Halloween and our server was drunk and taking shots with tables. She was running around barefoot and when we asked for our bill she left us waiting for 45 minutes. Food was good though
